A 3-min drive to the sand, offering the perfect blend of comfort and fun.

    Our villa is located in the safe and upscale community of Costa Esmeralda. The beach, just a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive away, is known for its wide sandy shores and family-friendly atmosphere. Unlike more crowded public beaches, this area offers a more private and serene experience, perfect for morning strolls or a relaxing day under the sun. It is a quiet residential neighborhood where peace and nature meet the sea.

    House Rules: To maintain neighborhood harmony, no parties or loud music are allowed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We are a pet-friendly home; pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee. Please note there is a service fee for BBQ cleaning. We provide beach coolers for your convenience to keep your drinks cold while you enjoy the ocean!
