The owners were very responsive and helpful with everything from settling in, to information about the nearby town of Grassina, to educating us on the public transit available."

"The property exceeded our expectations. The villa was clean, well prepped and we did not encounter issues. The scenery was better than in the photos and the guides given to us by the host led us to some delicious meals. We spent a great deal of time sitting outside. The amenities in the house made everything easy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend."

"A very enjoyable stay in a lovely villa with great views over the Tuscan countryside. We were a large family & the villa was spacious enough for us all to relax & enjoy the peacefulness of the area. The villa was very well equipped and clean and Andrea made the checking in and out process really easy whilst the owner Nicola ensured the booking process was smooth & straightforward. "The spaces are great for larger groups to have space away and privacy for breaks. The pool and outdoor dining area was amazing. As expected, water pressure in these older homes can be inconsistent, but was not a problem. The home is a bit away from major highways, so day trips were a little more local driving, but didn’t limit us. Host family is nearby for support, but non intrusive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner prepared our final night and everything was very hospitable."

"This villa is a dream. You really feel like you’re in a Disney castle in the home and in the little village! Our hosts were so easy to communicate with and so patient with us as we arrived much later than planned. Also being nestled in the hills outside of Florence meant it was 5C cooler at the house than down in the City. "This is a fantastic place. The beauty of the property and surrounding mountains and valleys is stunning. Once there you almost don´t want to leave for any day trips.
