Ont est arriver tard ils nous ont mis les carte des deux hôtel a un endroit, on a pu ouvrir qu’une chambre l’autre carte ne fonctionner pas, on a dû tous déprimé dan une seul chambre à 2 sur un lit double et 2 sur un lit simple car personne ne répondait aux appel. The check-in procedure is very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive throughout our stay.
