Welcome to our family's private and modern beach home with views of the ocean, sunsets and city lights as well as an amazing location in the popular Del Mar/Pier Bowl area of San Clemente. Walk to the beach, pier, trails, Casa Romantica, surf, farmer's market, art fair and a multitude of trendy, historic and beach vibe restaurants and shops in just minutes. Play on our pool table or relax on the deck with a beverage after a day at the beach. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms with fresh linens, ocean views and lovely decor occupy the lower floor. Up one story is the tastefully furnished living room/dining room with views of the ocean and a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings. Cooking gourmet or fresh farm to table with local produce will be a pleasure in the remodeled and nicely equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The open space concept floor plan allows for easy comfortable living. There is an attached garage with washer and dryer and parking for one car with 2 additional parking places in the driveway.

This is paradise!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay and wish we were there longer! The condo was immaculate, very charming and the view was spectacular- we saw dolphins from the balcony! The location cannot be beat: 5 mins from beach, 5 mins from Surf, 5 mins from Linda Lane playground, 5 mins to the main downtown shops and food. We couldn't wait to come back so we already booked our next trip here!
