Welcome to your bright and inviting two-bedroom San Clemente getaway. This cheerful coastal condo is steps from beach access and adjacent to the historic Casino and Ole Hanson Beach Club, making it ideal for weddings, events, or a relaxing beach retreat.

Tastefully updated with a beach-inspired design, the condo offers comfortable living, a private balcony for coffee or cocktails, and easy access to the sand, surf, beach trails, and all that North Beach has to offer.

Great Location

Great spot!

This was a cute condo in a great spot! Close to the beach with lots of beach gear, and a cafe/bakery around the corner. We loved the patio too. Only complaint: the place wasn’t super clean when we checked in. I think there must have been a birthday or something that stayed before us because there was glitter and pizza crusts that the vacuum must have missed. Otherwise, communication and checking in/out was so easy. We loved this spot.

Fabulous rental

This is a great rental, best beds, pillows, and bedding of any rental I’ve stayed in. The rental has a bevy of beach towels and toys (buggie boards, surf boards, sand toys, chairs, coolers, and canopies) with a convenient outdoor sand shower.

North Beach Area

Great home in the perfect location

We were more than impressed with our stay. The home shows in person exactly like the pictures. Well appointed with anything and everything you could need. Beds and linens were fabulously comfortable which is always a plus. Short walk to the beach with great shopping/restaurants and the free trolley has a stop that also in wakingr distance. Thank you for providing such a great home for us to enjoy our vacation.

Great get-away location

We came down to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family who lives local. The location was super easy to find, we had no issues checking in, everything was labeled so we didn’t have to spend time wondering how things worked. The two bedroom and loft worked out great for our family of 5. The living spaces fit us all and we were able to make good use of the kitchen in preparation for Thanksgiving. Well appointed, quiet, super close to the ocean, and we would totally stay again.

Great spot! Beds & Shower amazing! Kitchen could use refresh on spices as we used the kitchen daily. Beach equipment also could use a refresh as some broken boards & chairs. Overall it was a beautiful spot & we enjoyed our family time at this beach condo!

Clean, Comfortable, & Convenient!

The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations.

Great location and views, clean and well stocked

A group of 8 - mostly adults and 2 teens - stayed here for Ohana Fest in Dana Point up the road. This location was very convenient and we enjoyed the ocean views from the deck. The kitchen is well stocked and the living spaces are comfortable. The home is very clean. Having laundry facilities in the unit was very helpful. There are about 3 flights of stairs to get to the front door so it wouldn’t be a great option for those with limited mobility. We will stay here again if we’re in the area.

Clean. Perfect location for wedding. Bathrooms are a little dated. Kitchen clean and had all necessary appliances. Not stocked with so much as a coffee pod or water. No auto ice maker so trays were provided but a bit inconvenient. Check in/ check out was super easy!

Love San Clemente

The rental was spacious, clean and well-furnished. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs. As others have noted, the steep steps leading up to the entrance are difficult for folks with mobility issues. The noise from the construction site across the street was significant and started in the early morning. Hopefully just a temporary issue. Turned out to be a very convenient place to stay for the family wedding just down the street. Rental management was very helpful and efficient.

Christmas and New Years Stay

We stayed at this property for over 2 weeks between Christmas and into Middle of January. The place was great. Very clean, awesome location, and beautiful views from the deck. The bathroom's are remodeled and the shower pressure is wonderful so thats always a bonus. The unit gets an A rating. My only complaint is i called Vacasa who manages the property and said we ran out of trash bags and laundry pods. They said they only supply enough for a couple days and it was up to us to buy detergent and toiletries which i thought was super cheap and un-classy. We ran into the owner of the property shortly after and he apologized and returned with laundry detergent and supplies. So the unit, property, and property owner get a 10 out of 10. Vacasa who manages the property gets a much lower rating due to rude customer service and lack of emphathy. Paying almost 10k for 2 weeks and they cant supply enough detergent or toiletries. (Face Palm).

We stay here every since 2020

We love this property and cant wait to stay in it every New Years. This was our 4th stay here since New Years 2020 and it never disappoints. The location, the cleanliness of property, and how it gives our family of 6 plenty of room is a 10 out of 10. My only complaint is about vacasa management. We have stayed in other Vacasa properties and find if there is ever a problem, nothing ever gets resolved. This time, the management team left 4 rolls of toilet paper for us (family of 6) for a 2 week stay. I called in and messaged over 5 times requesting more rolls and recieved no response except "theres 2 extra rolls under the sink" that we already used. I finally i had to go to 7-11 and buy some myself. With the amount we'd spent, youd think bringing over TP the next day wouldnt be such a tall ask but evidently it is. We had plumbing issues on another property and they never responded to that either. Vacasa is terrible but this property is 10 out of 10. Wish i could just deal directly with the homeowner. If you stay here, prepare to have a great experience but if theres ever a problem, prepare to take care of everything yourself.
