Es una propiedad bonita pero tiene muchos aspectos a mejorar. No pudimos descansar por el ruido del boiler a cada rato, colocado afuera de la puerta de mi habitación. No tienen cortinas para bloqueo de luz, se escucha como tocan el timbre a toda hora. Al hacer check in yo ya había pagado por esta plataforma y ellos me volvieron a cobrar y en total se me reflejó un cargo 3 veces de la misma noche de hospedaje. No respetaron que había solicitado habitación para 4 personas y éramos 3 pero me cobraron uno extra. Tardamos aprox 25 min en lograr hacer el check in porque encima que me cobraron más, no se apuraban en darme el acceso. No cuentan con estacionamiento, así que el carro queda en la calle, que es angosta. Me dieron el número del gerente para solucionar el cobro y éste fue grosero y me colgó la llamada.

Volvería sin duda

Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación, cerca del andador Guadalupano y del centro histórico. El personal muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones muy cómodas, la pequeña excepción fue su calentador de agua para la ducha ya que no es continua. Pero sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, el lugar es muy bonito y tiene una excelente ubicación, a unas cuantas cuadras del andador Guadalupe. El servicio y atención fueron de lo mejor. Si acaso, lo único incómodo fue su calentador de agua de la ducha ya que no era constante. Pero de ahí en más, todo fue agradable

Einfaches aber schönes und gut gelegenes Hostel. Sehr ruhige Zimmer, sofern man eines im Innenhof hat. Es hiess zwar, dass das Badezimmer nur mit einem anderen Zimmer geteilt wird; letztendlich aber hat auch das Personal, sowie andere Gäste die früher angereist oder später abgereist sind das gleiche Badezimmer genutzt. Kostenlose Wasserspender und Möglichkeit was zu kochen.

Bonito y amables, mala insonorozacion

El staff es muy amable y te ayudan con todo. el hotel es muy bonito y nuevo. sin embargo nos tocó la habitación de la entrada y no existe nada de insonorización por lo que se oia absolutamente todo y no pudimos dormir. fueron muy amables y como estaba lleno y no nos podian ofrecer otro cuarto, nos reembolsaron la segunda noche y nos cambiamos de hotel. recomiendo solicitar un cuarto al fondo o la habitacion de arriba porque en ese caso lo recomendaria mucho

I dont know where to start but even before checking in i felt welcomed. The staff were super friendly and professional and treated me like family. The one only disadvantage was that the surrounding was a bit noisy. In short, amazing stay ,amazing price, amazing staff

This was a great and easy place to stay. Very independent. 1 communal kitchen. No restaurant service. 24h opened. We stayed in the suite which was spacious and with a very comfortable bed. Since it is in the “attic” it was a bit low for my tall husband. Great for a week stay!

Nice place

The place is beautiful, but our first 3 days were a bit noisy. it was surprisingly loud, due to other guests. The staff was very kind. We stayed in the suite, and it has a nice view; if you're a little taller than standard height, mind your head due to lower ceiling. besides that, it was all good. It's a great location, 10 minutes walking to the main plaza. Hot water all the time, and a little kitchen area if you need something. I'd recommend to bring your own water. They provided us with parking, which it was very helpful.

No vale la pena el precio

En relación habitación- precio es mala; las habitaciones están mal diseñadas, en el cuarto la cama muy baja, picaba mucho la sabana, todo siento que era muy frágil, los acabados eran malos, en el baño fue lo peor te sentabas en el escusado y pegaba la cara con el lavababo, y se movía, los jabones, el shampoo esas simples cosas, el precioes excesivo para el hotel definitivamente.. ademas la señora que te atiende, te da una serie de reglamentos, que estoy de acuerdo pero hay maneras de decirlo
