The staff was very helpful, we needed some ibuprofen, and the front desk representative, ordered it on his phone, and brought it to us. The bed is super comfortable, we loved the pillows and the sheets so much, that we took pictures of the labels. LOL. Brakfast included is njce, fresh fruit is good, coffee too. The only thing we wish was better, is the bathroom. My husband is 6 foot 2. He had a very tough time in the smallest bathroom we have ever seen. Without a single window, it becomes a sauna after a shower, which creates mold. Theres a really big concrete closet across the room, turn it into a nice bathroom! We loved everything else about this hotel. We will be back, the energy is beautiful.

Location is super close to the Andaderas and Downtown, but unfortunately the rooms a super tiny, not well designed. Extremely small and no AC, only a tiny window. Good place to just go to sleep and nothing else. If you can, get the king side bed, you will have a little more space, but not much. Continental breakfast is limited to coffee, fruit, cereal and waffles.

The staff was very attentive. We could check in at 10am, instead of 3pm. The room was clean but mouldy, especially the bathroom and the ceiling above the bed. Cold.

Buena atención del personal administrativo. No me gustó que no te asean al 100% la habitación, hay q pedir papel sanitario, muy pequeñas e incómodas las habitaciones matrimoniales, la calidad del servicio es diferente en las habitaciones matrimoniales, dobles y king size. Es una pena pero deben de mejorar, ampliar o bajar el precio a la cama matrimonial y poner cama individual
