"In-person, everything was amazing! There was this little old lady who didn't speak a lick of English, but I we got by with my basic spanish and she was so so sweet. She was accommodating and she was complimentary and she gave us advice on how to be safe in Guayaquil. The hotel and breakfast were great.
The only negative was that before our trip, Zayapa reached out and they tried to get me to pay on a sketchy app beforehand (we ended up just paying in cash in person) but it was stressful...

"Great location, friendly staff, clean. Loved the lounge area outside our room with good internet. Some noise from the evening activities in town, warm water was on and off(but manageable) and internet was strongest in the reception and Lou areas. Would come back!"

"The owners live on property and are friendly, helpful, and great at solving any question we had. Very fresh and tasty breakfast! Our room was large and had a huge balcony, which made it easy so spread out and also hang wetsuits and bathing suits to dry. Highly recommend!"

"Blitzsauberer Unterkunft in einer Toplage🙂 bis zum Fähre Terminal 5 Minuten zu Fuß und bis zum Flughafen 20 Minuten Spaziergang. Personal ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Es steht Wasserspender mit heiße und kalte Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung"
