"The property is delightful - clean, tasteful, good wifi, comfortable bed. The pool was sparkling with a lovely garden and a caretaker living in the neighborhood. It is in a great location - close to El Tunco and other beaches, but not touristy. Many restaurants are within 15-20 minus drive as well as 2 larger grocery stores and gas stations. When we first arrived at airport, our phones would not operate well enough to follow a map app using the pinpoint link the host thoughtfully provided - if this happens to you, you can get very close to this villa by googling Casa Castillo. But the smaller residence that ca be rented is on the next street over towards the beach."

"The whole apartment was spotless and clean! Spacious kitchen and living room, modern bathrooms and spacious walk in closet. We loved the access to the beach, the pool was clean with great amenities.Very close to ranchos with food and small local convenient stores. (You need mostly cash) Security cameras and very friendly staff. Highly recommended."

Front beach property, XL pool, for kids, family and friends

"Property is an easy 35 minute drive from airport. We arrived with Roxanna to greet us and since she does not speak English, we got to use our Spanish right away. Her daughter is also lovely and helpful. There are 3 separate rooms, all with multiple beds and I could see this property being used for a big family gathering. The upstairs room has a fantastic view of both the ocean and the pool. The beach is great, beautiful soft sand and we played in the waves. There are lifeguards on the beach, which was not crowded. The pool is larger than expected and my nephew stayed in it for hours. We did not use the little outdoor kitchen, but instead ordered food from a restaurant which Roxanna delivered to us. We never left the compound. It was wonderful. The Grocery store is close. Roxanna was worried we would get lost on our way out. We were stopping for groceries and she offered to come with us, but it's on the main road as we drove out of town. It is very much a beach house with stone floors, local fishernen and horses on the beach. Also, the owner was very effecient when his VRBO account had an issue and he contacted me to ensure everything was okay. I really appreciated that. Loved our stay here. Wish we'd stayed longer. "
