The space
You will love this quiet unit with living room views of the ocean! This recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, private 2 bedroom home includes a fully appointed kitchen with all appliances including stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with a new comfy sofa. Smart 75 inch Flat Screen HDTV with Bose Sound System, free high-speed WiFi connection, patio with ocean views, assigned garage parking, elevator in building for easy access, hot tub and the best beach location San Diego has to offer. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners — a rare bonus in Pacific Beach! While PB usually enjoys a cool ocean breeze, there are a handful of humid or hot days during the year when you’ll be glad to have AC. PHENOMENAL condo! Great view of the waves from the balcony, always a must! A/C in the bedrooms kept us comfortable. The condo is clean, well kept, and well supplied. The building is secured, and a parking place in PB is amazing! This is our new place to stay in PB - near many great food and shopping options. LOVE IT! And if that's not enough - the owner was responsive and easy to work with, making the entire trip easy and carefree.Also has great corners for those unruly kids.

Excellent Location!

This apartment was within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Corner view of the ocean which was also a plus. Property manager was very easy to get a hold of and also very accommodating!

This was a comfy and convenient stay. We used Uber vs rental and are sooo glad. This place is lovely on its own but close to everything. Grocery and restaurants nearby. We hated to leave. This is worth booking. Liz

Condo is right on the beach. Very clean and neat. Good view. Parking garage was fabulous. Comfortable beds. Near many restaurants. Makes for the perfect California vacation spot!

Great location...

... But the property itself left a lot to be desired. The unit and the overall building is really showing its age. The bathrooms are incredibly small and we had mold or mildew along the door track in our shower. There were other small details as well along those lines (e.g., carpeting, outside noise given the window mini split air conditioners, etc.).On the bright side, the property owner was really good to work with and the location was great, very central.

Family vacation

The rental was perfect for our family of five. It was exactly as described and I especially appreciated that it had everything needed for our stay. The shower gel and shampoo/conditioner dispensers were nice as well. The best part is the location. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to our next visit!

The condo is in a perfect location for all the happenings in Pacific Beach. Walked the boardwalk and beach, lots of dining and shopping options. Fast and easy communication with the owner. Opened the slider, watched and listened to the oceans waves. Condo has super comfy beds, although we didn’t cook the kitchen was fully equipped. Secure parking was included and a plus! Will certainly rebook a stay here.

Great Location with Decent Amenities

The property is tight in the middle of everything with a partial ocean view. The building and the rental are a bit tired but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Unground parking was a plus. Communication with the property manager was prompt.
