Home Truths: - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note, we do not allow shipping or deliveries of parcels to any of our properties since we do not have access to mailboxes, and cannot guarantee delivery, receipt, or protection of your items at the property. - Any amplified sound that can be heard within 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours. - There may be partial obstruction of the view from neighbors' trees - Driveway may be difficult for low-graded vehicles to park. There is limited street parking in the area. - This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. - Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. - While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. - No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. - All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Please be aware that the home is located on a steep hill if you plan on walking to the property.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

I've lived in San Diego before but in north county. This place is amazing! Awesome location with everything relatively close to great food, the beach, downtown, etc.would definitely stay here again with a large group!
There were 12 of us that have been 2nd family since 2011 we meet every year for a reunion. The lodging was perfect for our group we all had our space but we had plenty of room to cook and be together. It was clean and updated, easy access to the airport and train we had people fly in from Texas, Arizona and No Cal. The host was very responsive and helpful.
The place is very spacious, its Clean, Good for getaway Family time. But poor parking Spaces concrete is not even surface, it scratched the bottom of the cars especially lower cars. The neighbors claim street parking as part of their property. Otherwise, our stay was good
We had a reunion here with 8 families (including 5 babies) and the space worked out really well! The complex itself has a locked gate so we were able to go to each other's apartments very easily. The apartments did vary in terms of cleanliness and we could tell that some of the rooms in a few of the apartments hadn't been used in a while as they had a little musty-ness to them. However we communicated this to the host and they were responsive to our requests which was great -- ended up being fine for our weekend stay! Would stay here again for the convenience and amenities.
We were here during late March for spring break. It was our family of 4 and 3 other families. Going in - and trust me the description doesn’t do it justice - we had no idea of how perfect it would be. It turned out to be the best arrangement we could have hoped forThe place is essentially 4 independent units in a lot that is gated. The common area makes it perfect for early more gatherings before heading out. Each unit was very clean and well appointed. There is thoughtful touches throughout and care had been taken to clean the place and make it ready. It was evident from the attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and there was just space enough to unpack you suitcase and put your clothes in the closet for the stay. The host was super responsive and they were in constant communication via text. We had 0 issues in trying to reach them And it would be remiss if I did not mention the views of the airport and city. Evening times are spectacular. Overall we had a fantastic time and if you are a family with friends needing 4 units - this is perfect!!!
We rented the place for a golf tournament and the accommodations could not have been better for a large group. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Our business team stayed three nights here during a conference we attended in Chula Vista. The space was perfect. Everyone felt they had their own privacy with a door to their room, but we were still able to enjoy the balconies and living rooms as an entire team. We had 20 team members show up to this event and we made memories we'll never forget. The accommodations were perfect - we loved the availability and communication with the hosts, but we also greatly appreciated never feeling like they intruded in any way! A
Our company rented out this property while attending a conference.
The location and accommodations were perfect for our purposes. Kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of space for us to meet, work, and get together in the evenings to bbq on the patios. The only drawback for us was that the internet was quite slow. Again, we were here for work. For people visiting the area and not needing to use internet for work the property is ideal.
We were very happy with our stay. Easy to get to all the activities/places our active family and friends wanted to access. Well appointed condos and great to share the deck when we all got together simultaneously. Easy parking and good communication with property manager. Use of keypads was really a benefit to avoid having to keep track of keys. Appreciated extra trash liners, bbq, and full kitchen equipment since we cooked a lot. High marks for our stay!
