Come and enjoy these beautiful and relaxing, gated, four-bedroom, four-bath waterfront condominiums (two 2br/2ba condos across the hall from each other ) on Mission Bay (Sail Bay) in Mission Beach with 180-degree views of La Jolla Hill, the Bahia Resort Hotel, and Mission Bay Park. This spacious, third-floor condominium is perfect for multi-families or couples looking to get away for a nice, relaxing vacation. The secure elevator (only you and your party has keys to the 3rd floor) brings you right up to your front doors. There are also two staircases that lead right up to the condos. Open up both front doors (small indoor lobby between units) and roam between the units! Relax and unwind on the beautifully tiled and furnished balcony or catch some rays on the sand or in the water. Just steps away from the bay boardwalk, one short block from the ocean. The Bay is usually much more peaceful than the Oceanside and a lot less crowded!

Each unit, 1,250 sf each (total 2,500 sf) has a full-sized kitchen, spacious living room, gas fireplace, parking spot and private balcony. Wood floors throughout both units.
Unit 3 South: The large and spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, adjoining master bath, and cable TV. Open up the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze! The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, cable TV and water views. The second bathroom has a shower/tub. This unit has two twin rollaway beds. There is also a crib, pack n' play and highchair for the little ones!

Unit 3 North: The spacious master bedroom has a Cal king-size bed with cable TV and adjoining master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds (push them together to make a king), a TV and a VCR/DVD player and water views. There are two twin rollaway beds for your use as well. The second bathroom has a shower/tub. There is a pack n’ play and high chair for the little ones!

These condominiums are directly west of the Bahia Resort. Enjoy a ride around the bay on the Bahia Belle. Just one block from the famous Belmont Park Roller Coaster, a five-minute drive to Sea World, and just a short drive to the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Wild Animal Park. They are also just a few miles from downtown San Diego, the San Diego Airport, and La Jolla's famous tide pools.
