The Space:

Welcome to your private Bay Park getaway. Although this home is part of a larger property, it features its own separate entrance, allowing you to enjoy your stay with privacy and independence. Please note that the front house is occupied by full time tenants.



Inside, you'll find a bright and comfortable living room with plenty of seating, a dining area for gathering over meals, and an additional breakfast nook that's perfect for morning coffee or planning your day's adventures. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, whether you're cooking breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying dinner after a day of exploring San Diego.



The home offers three comfortable bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and a half bath with a shower, providing plenty of space for families, couples traveling together, or small groups. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom home through a private entrance. The outdoor garden and seating area are shared with the main house, which is occupied with a full time tenant. Plenty of street parking available directly in front of the property.

When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
