-Like many beach homes in the neighborhood, this home does NOT offer AC. With ceiling fans and large patio doors and lots of windows that can be opened, there is a nice cross breeze that will help to keep the house cool
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Tandem Parking Garage is shared with the upstairs unit. Spots are clearly designated. Dimensions: 96" W (at opening) / 108" (at widest point) x 86" H x 360" D
