We stayed at this house for family vacation. It was a good location. We walked to both the Bay and beach easily. It was easy to get to everything and the owner was very responsive.
Clean and spacious! Great communication from host. Awesome location close to activities and nature, shops and restaurants. We would love to stay there again when we return to San Diego!
This is a great location for kids who want to be able to walk to a park with a beach, playground and basketball court. Very convenient to many of the sites in San Diego. Well furnished townhouse, with space to spread out.
What a great house! The location of the house was perfect for all our San Diego activities. The house and kitchen were very well appointed and met all our needs. We really appreciated the dedicated off-street parking spot. All our questions were answered quickly and the owner provided extra attention to my concerns about arriving after dark and getting into the house easily. We will seek out this location on our next San Diego stay.
We had a great stay. Everything was as described and was clean and welcoming. Our only challenge was the second floor loft futon. None of us old birds felt comfortable negotiating the ladder, so we had to improvise. We did find out after check out we could have requested an air mattress which would have been better.
Host was very responsive and let us do early checkin. Location is great, walking distance to a lot of places. House was well maintained and really clean
We had a great time in San Diego! This place was perfect for our stay. It’s fully stocked with whatever you might need and is very comfortable. The location is great and just a few miles from everywhere we went. We had many questions throughout our stay and were always responded to very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

A group of 7 of us stayed here for the weekend. It was clean and in a cool location. There is a fun restaurant, coffee, and liquor store within 2 blocks. We all fit easily into the space and the was plenty of bedding and seating for us all. I would definitely stay here again.
Really excellent property, well furnished, excellent location, easy to access and a beautiful place for a holiday. Very quiet neighborhood with nice parking in the garage and walking distance to coffee, food, Mission Bay and Mission Beach. Close proximity to Torrey Pines, Blacks Beach, Mission Valley, downtown San Diego, Sea World and all the great San Diego attractions. I would totally recommend to anybody!!
We had a great stay. We had four adults and two teenagers in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. The townhouse is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance or a short drive to all San Diego has to offer. Stuart was a great host and responsive to all of our questions. The check in process was very easy. I would highly recommend this property.
We loved our stay! The host was very nice, accommodating and quick to respond. The place itself was clean and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom items. Location wise, it was perfect. It’s in walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants so we didn’t need to use our rental car all the time. Speaking of, having dedicated parking was a huge perk! We’d definitely stay here again.
We used this home for our gathering spot while visiting our son and fiance who live in the Crown Point neighborhood. The playground, coffee shop, brewery were all within walking distance, as well as our sons place. Everything was as expected, very clean, the hot tub a plus..... would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Stuart was great to work with.
We had a great time with our kids and another family with small kids. The place had plenty of room for all of us. The garage was a tight fit for our larger minivan, but luckily street parking and the spot behind the garage were always available. We were able to walk to the bay and coffee shops and restaurants from the home which made for easy decisions. Thanks for being great hosts!
Property was as described and it was excellent. It felt like we were living there as opposed to just checking into a hotel or vacation rental (though of course it is). We felt very comfortable and at home. Offered everything we needed and more. Our host was clear and friendly in all communications offering prompt replies, practical and useful info.
