Vacation in San Diego

Fantastic property felt like home to is. The host was amazing, the house layout gave everyone privacy but had plenty of common space to enjoy. Quaint neighborhoods close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

Great location in Mission Bay, walking distance to Pacific Beach and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. We were grateful to find such a nice pet-friendly property.

Very happy with our stay

We stayed here as an alternative to using the local hotels for a recent conference, and it was so much better! It was great that there was coffee and tea and the basic necessities to feel right at home. Loved it!

Awesome family reunion spot

We used this home for our gathering spot while visiting our son and fiance who live in the Crown Point neighborhood. The playground, coffee shop, brewery were all within walking distance, as well as our sons place. Everything was as expected, very clean, the hot tub a plus..... would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Stuart was great to work with.

Property was as described and it was excellent. It felt like we were living there as opposed to just checking into a hotel or vacation rental (though of course it is). We felt very comfortable and at home. Offered everything we needed and more. Our host was clear and friendly in all communications offering prompt replies, practical and useful info.

Beautiful home. Steps away from a little beach with playground. 8 min from sea world. This home was clean, comfy beds, perfectly set up for myself and my family. We really enjoyed staying in this home and would def recommend to anyone looking to stay in the San Diego area!

Great Time!

Great property, great location. Would not recommend for kids, but for adults it is a great location. My only issue was the futon in the loft with the office is very small and not really able to accommodate an adult. The ladder going up there is NOT kid friendly at all.

Wonderful home and location!

This home is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. We enjoyed several days at the beach and the bay. Crown Pointe is within walking distance. My granddaughter enjoyed the water and playground. The host, Stuart is very helpful and friendly and quickly responded to our needs. My only caution with this house is that it is Tri-level with two sets of stairs. The top floor loft has open railings. You must keep a watchful eye with toddler children.

Great location! Very nice property

Stuart was great to communicate with - fast responses. The townhouse was spotlessly clean, and everything looks very new. It was well stocked, which was great. Didn’t have to buy things like tp and soap for just a few days. Plenty of parking on the street in front in addition to the parking spot supplied. I highly recommend the Hen House and Breakfast Republic for breakfast! Hen house is walkable. Townhouse is not not far from most of the sites we wanted to see. The townhouse is cozy but everyone had their own space so that was great. We would stay here again!

3 Day/60 Mile Breast Cancer Walk!

Myself and friends have been doing the Breast Cancer Walks for many years now! The last 3 years we’ve had 6-12 people staying at VRBOs. This was by far the best we’ve stayed at! Great location with easy walks to the Bay or Beach! The house had everything we needed for our week long stay and our host corrected a couple of real small issues as soon as I contacted him! Great communication and super friendly! Bonus since he has two apartments right next to each other we were all able to stay close together! I would definitely recommend this place for your travel needs! Thanks for everything Stuart! Our group really appreciated our stay there!

Wonderful stay in San Diego Bay

I first want to commend the host. They were very attentive, communicative, and informative. It was evident how much they cared we had a great time. And we certainly did! The location was perfect. Close to PB and downtown San Diego right on Mission Bay. Most of the living area is on the second floor of the unit. All of the rooms were clean and had nice decorations. There was a great park two blocks from the unit right on Mission Bay. We had no issues with parking. Definitely would recommend staying here especially with a larger group. The condo was homey and added to a wonderful vacation we had celebrating our mom's birthday.

An Absolute Gem! Great Hosts!

Stuart and Cary are incredible hosts. Their communication is amazing. They were willing to work with us despite some challenging issues. We stayed for our son’s MCRD graduation and because of the uncertainty of the graduation we needed some flexibility. Stuart and Cary made sure that we would be taken care of. The house itself is incredibly clean and unique. It is an older house that has been renovated and is FANTASTIC! It had enough sleeping locations for six adults. (5 adults and one adult-sized kid.) The pictures don’t do the home justice! The layout is great. We didn’t do much cooking, but there are adequate resources for some cooking. Not iron chef or anything, but basic standard cooking. We also didn’t use the coffee machines, but plenty there in terms of usefulness. The appliances are nice as well. Overall it was a lovely stay! Thank you again for letting us stay in your incredible home! Oh, we also ended up bringing our small dog. The home was perfect for him as well!

Location was nice, close to beaches and stores. Liquor store, a couple restaurants/ bars and coffee shop in walking distance. Unit itself is literally stacked floor on top of floor. Room and bathroom on bottom floor, kitchen, living, bathroom and room w/ loft on second floor and loft with bed and couch on 3rd floor. Only the 2 rooms have doors for privacy. The unit is connected to 2 other units very tight but quite and no issues with loudness. Over all accommodated us for the week we were there but as a family of 7 with 2 parents and 5 teen/young adult children we needed just a little more space. Garage was a plus. House did include beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, plenty of bedding extras, bath towels and a full fridge and plenty of kitchen necessities. Host was easy to work with and getting into the house at check in was easy.

Family Trip
