Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the main house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the living room. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor amenities such as the backyard or garden. Please be aware that there's a separate unit located above the garage, which has its own entrance and a semi-private yard, and you might see those guests using the back gate near the parking area.

Other Things to Note:

-Please do not leave any personal belongings on the front porch.
-Keep all toys and bikes in the backyard. The front yard, especially the rocky areas, is not a play area—please avoid using it for play.
-Utilize the outdoor rinse shower on premises to remove sand before entering the home.
-Parking: Street parking only; this unit does not have a designated parking space.
-While the home does not include bikes or beach gear, the nearby Catamaran Resort offers bike, paddle board, and boat rentals. Additionally, Pacific Beach has several local rental shops just minutes away.


Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.
