This view was unbeatable, and much more quiet than staying on the boardwalk area. Communication was great, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Fantastic location and views

We enjoyed our second stay at this property and once again spent most of our time on the deck taking in the views, people watching and sunsets. The location is perfect for dining and shopping access. It was a friends trip and we spent most of our time walking in the beach, sitting on the rooftop watching the ocean, beach, kite surfers and surfers! Excellent location!!

Annual SD getaway!

A little bit of paradise

This was our third time staying at the property. The ocean view from the deck is unbeatable. The condo is well-equipped, very comfortable, and extremely convenient. The management is extremely easy to work with and get a hold of. We loved our stay and would do it again.

This is our second time here and we’ve already booked next year! The location is perfect, between PB and La Jolla. We literally live on the deck over the beach! Mary and Gina are terrific to work with as well.

Best view in San Diego

Great place and location. Maybe the best view I ever had at a rental. The view is more than 180 degrees of beauty. Location is close but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Pacific Beach. Bikes and beach chairs and coolers provided makes getting around and going to the beach convenient.

The location was beautiful. I loved hearing the ocean waves the entire day and night. The area was quiet overall. We enjoyed watching all the surfers arrive with the sunrise and catch some waves. I think it’s time to replace the sofa set as it’s pretty saggy to sit in. The master bed mattress needs replacing. My husband and I spent the first night on that bed and it was very uncomfortable on his side of the bed. It appears to be quite worn out on the one side over the other. We were grateful there was another small bedroom that he chose to sleep in. Our last night there the people below had their music very loud along with loud conversations and laughing. Oh well!Our host Mary was wonderful. She greeted us and gave us a tour of the place which was very helpful.

Spring Break Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this very clean and spacious property. The location is right on the beach. The patio is amazing with comfortable furniture and a spectacular view of the ocean. Mary was very helpful and easy to work with. She was very responsive. Great vacation property!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay very much and pretty much spent all our time on the patio overlooking the ocean. It is a quiet neighborhood and was a very enjoyable stay. We loved watched the surfers from our patio every day - all day long. The decor is a little outdated but it is still very comfortable and the outside patio is the star of the show!!!!

This was an amazing property with the best location ever. There were 3 of us and we all had our own bedroom with plenty of room. The location was nice and not in a popular or crowded area, which made the stay even better. Our stay was wonderful couldn't ask for a better location. The Apt. was comfortable, clean with all the comforts of home. You cannot beat the views off the deck and it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent from Gina & Mary. Mary gave us a warm welcome on arrival and tour. Vacation on Pacific Beach

This is our second time staying at this wonderful property overlooking the Pacific Ocean! Our adult daughter accompanied us, and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we had ample room. The outdoor patio is a favorite spot watching the waves, surfers, and sunsets. Mary is a fantastic property manager and is always super thorough and helpful. We love Pacific Beach!

Dream spot

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. This house was steps away from the beach. We enjoyed our private patio and looking at that ocean view every day. You can hear the ocean in every single room. The house was clean and had great space for our family of four. Mary showed us around and made us feel at home. She was kind and had wonderful hospitality. We really liked that there was a washer and dryer as well as beach accessories. Traveling is hard enough and this house had the amenities we needed. We loved this place and everything is had to offer!
