Almost every part of the house has an incredible ocean view with floor to ceiling windows. This house is stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation. This is a very quiet upscale neighborhood. Partying is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.

All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Please note 3rd bedroom is the Large Foyer with a murphy bed. It locks off from the rest of the house. The structure contains 2 units. This is the top floor unit. Other guests might be below you but they have their own entrance and you probably won’t see them.

Entire bottom floor of beautiful house. This large studio has a private terrace with unobstructed views to the ocean. Sunset Cliffs Reserve is your backyard. Private Hot Tub with Ocean Views

We do our best to maintain and clean the Jacuzzi. If there are issues with the Jacuzzi, please give us time to fix. Refunds not given for issues with Jacuzzi.

Due to our vibrant location and proximity to the beach, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest. We do our best to refill the propane tanks for the barbecue and the fire pit. If they are out of gas, we kindly ask the guests to refill them at the local store then the hosts will refund them the cost.

Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30am when we not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing same day, bag drop off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in.

We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase.

Other guests might be staying upstairs but they have a different entrance and none of your private space (terrace, balcony, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, etc) is shared. Therefore space is considered ‘entire house’

We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top notch condition and very clean. However sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do our best to address an issue with pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise.
