Charming 3-bedroom house in sunny Pacific Beach walking distance to beaches-A/C
This comfortable 3 bedroom beach cottage is located in the heart of Pacific Beach within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and Sail Bay. Close enough to get where you want to go quickly and easily but far enough away from the noise and crowds. Two blocks to restaurants/bars, 3 blocks to bay & 5 blocks to beach. After a day at the beach, come home and enjoy the spacious fenced back yard with patio seating, outdoor kitchen with beautiful landscaping to attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
The rental includes the use of 3 beach cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs, ice chest, sun tent and a wagon to carry it all along with a beach towel for each guest. There are miles of boardwalk where you can walk or bike along the beautiful San Diego coastline. Enjoy a ride at sunset time every night and it will be the highlight of your stay.
