This charming 3 bedroom home is located in the heart of Mission Beach, and the new owners just completed a COMPLETE RENOVATION. You will love the contemporary coastal vibe!

This beach getaway sleeps 10, and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Enjoy the private outdoor patio where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the ocean air with a good book. Or spend quality time with loved ones while grilling on the BBQ. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and a cooler for your use, all of which come in handy when everyone is ready to head to the beach... a mere 100 feet and your toes hit the sand! But your adventures and entertainment aren’t limited to the beach. Take in local attractions like Belmont Park, Sea World, or the La Jolla Tide Pools. And when it comes to dining and shopping, the options are endless!

Dishwasher and dish soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, extra blankets and of course all the fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels you would need.

PARKING
The condo has a 2 car tandem parking spot. Additional overnight parking includes street parking and near by public parking lots.

SHOPPING & DINING
Endless shops line the streets in Mission Beach. Part of the beach living charm is experiencing all the different vendors selling their unique and rare goods on the boardwalk. There are convenient stores for your basic needs and a major grocery store 1.5 miles north on Mission Blvd.

WATER ACTIVITIES
There are numerous places to rent surf boards, boogie boards, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boats, power boats, sailboats, and jet skis. Another fun activity within walking distance for the kids is to go to The Plunge. The Plunge has the best pool inflatable obstacle in San Diego!

LAND ACTIVITIES
The boardwalk spreads out all along the length of mission beach and is about 2 miles long. The boardwalk is known for its scenic views and a great place to go for a walk, run, ride bikes, scooters, skateboards, and rollerblading.

The location was great and the place was clean. The garbage disposal stopped working during but the owner was in contact with us to get it fixed during our short stay. It’s a tight parking spot for a minivan with car top carrier. But overall we had a great stay. Mission beach is absolutely beautiful and we will be back for another stay.

Family vacation

Our family of 6 stayed here over a weekend during our getaway. It was super spacious, clean and everything we could ask for. Only regret we have afterwards is that we did not stay longer. Excellent place and would recommend to anyone

Cute place. Very close to the sands of the beach. Walk able to many shops. Parking is tight but they gave great parking instructions. Cleaning could be better but overall would recommend and come back to this place.

Nice location to the beach and good size space for my family of six. The parking is a little snug but we were still able to park our Tahoe. Nichole was very responsive to any questions or assistance needed!

Perfect Mission Beach getaway

House and location were great. Access to many different activities and restaurants within walking distance. House was clean - had all the necessary features, appliances and resources. Would return to this location no questions asked. Throughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

Good time!

We enjoyed our stay! Was nice to be just a 1 minute walk to the beach! There is a lot of talk about the parking. We drove a Chevrolet Tahoe and were able to park at this house, It was very narrow and only the drivers side was accessible but we managed!

Great getaway spot!

The property is perfectly located and walkable to the beach and nearby attractions. Parking is a little rough if you have more than 2 vehicles, but we were able to work it out even with it being a busy weekend. Easy to get to and really nicely maintained!

Great Beach Vacation Spot

Would stay here again! Stayed with 4 adults and 2 younger kids. Location is perfect for beach access with retail/restaurants within walking distance. Parking is sufficient for two midsize SUVs. The hosts are very responsive for any questions or needs. The only criticism would be the cleaners need to do a better job between tenants. Overall a great property and don’t hesitate to book this place for your stay in Mission Beach.

Amazing location

As others have said, the location is amazing! Steps from the beach but still quiet. Wished we could have stayed longer. Contrary to what others have mentioned about parking, we had no problems tandem parking 2 mid-sized SUVs into the space. The key is to back into it.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The rental had all that we needed. Location was just steps from the beach, which was very convenient. Parking was very tight. Luckily we saw that in other reviews and made the trip in our sedan instead of a truck. All in all, we had a great time and i'd recommend this place to others.

Great Location

Love the location, so many activities within walking distance. There were a few minor wear and tears with the house but that’s expected and didn’t really bother us. The parking is really small and tight as we rented a van and had issues getting especially when neighbors parked their big cars around too.

Great Vacation Spot

Overall, the location, the place was amazing. It had everything we could want. Proximity to Gas Lamp Quarter (short Uber away), mission beach, coffee, good places to eat, and the amenities on location was all very good pluses. The only thing I could complain about was the two propane tanks for the grill were practically empty when we arrived and the downstairs shower did not drain properly. Other than that my friends and I had a great stay and would stay again if they fix the downstairs shower.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

My husband and I took a short spring break vacation with my daughter and her friends. This was the first time some of my daughter's friends visited San Diego and they had a blast. The property location was perfect for our trip. The location was ideal for walking the shores, eating, and just hanging out. The kids really enjoyed it. The property had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property's floors could have used a little more cleaning but it was doable. We cooked one meal during our stay and the kitchen was stocked. The property also had a stocked laundry but we didn't need to use it. We had a party of 7 and there was plenty of space for all. Overall a fun vacation stay for all!
