Cozy beach house just one house off from beach and boardwalk

This cozy 4 bedroom 1 bath beach house is just a few steps away from Mission Beach and Boardwalk. Beautiful beach view from the front yard. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and more.
1st bedroom queen bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed, 3rd bedroom full over full bunk bed and 4th bedroom cal king.
This cozy house has everything you could need. High chair and pack-n-play.
This house does not have parking. There are 2 parking spots in the alley directly next to the house that are open to the public. There is more alley public parking further south and north of house. I will be happy to share my parking tricks for the house.
We have plenty of sand toys, scooters, beach chairs, umbrellas, folding table and chairs.
There is no A/C, there is a ceiling fan/fans in every room.

Lauren our host was amazing! She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was cozy and exactly what we were looking for. My adult children and parents stayed with us and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. We were there to watch my youngest son graduate for Marine training. The front patio area was perfect for our barbecue after the graduation. We will definitely book a stay at the house again when visiting San Diego.

Great great location for my 50th girls beach hang out. We had no problem finding parking and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. House is literally 5seconds away from boardwalk and sand. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was incredible, the host very responsive and helpful. The house is cute, but the walls are paper thin, and the interior definitely appears to be a quick flip for rental purposes. But if a cute beach shack immediately on the ocean is your thing, this is the ideal house.

The house was perfect for our vacation! Right off the beach, clean and well stocked with everything for our family. We had some issues with the smoke detector going off unexpectedly in middle of the night, but Lauren was easy to deal with. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Perfect Location

What a great property. The location can’t be beat and Lauren was a great host. The bed in the Master was very comfortable, and the cottage is adorable. All of the amenities are modern and worked perfectly- the shower had great pressure and we never ran out of hot water. Well stocked with beach gear and the outdoor shower was handy. We were able to find parking and then just walked everywhere for the week. We will definitely be back!

Amazing home in one of the best beach areas in San Diego

Stayed here 4 nights. We’re from the area but wanted to stay in a home close to the beach. Found this beautiful home and booked. Host was great and check in was a breeze. Home was nice inside and has a typical older beach home vibe on the outside. Home was fully furnished with comfortable beds. Fridge has condiments and plenty of cooking ware and dishes. Nice sitting area out Front with a great view and nice breeze. Home was clean and fresh! Host was great in showing available parking and tips in the area. Great Place!

The property is exactly as pictured and described. Lauren was so welcoming and communicative, which we really appreciated. We had a little bit of a struggle finding parking for our second vehicle, but there is a neighborhood by the Catamaran Resort where we were able to find a spot and had no issue. The location is great, right by the beach and walking to distance to the bay. I especially liked that is was pet friendly, the cute little outdoor area, and that the home itself is all your own - it’s not a split level with another family above or below you. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back soon! Thank you again, Lauren!

Great beach location

Home was in a great location for beach access and had everything you needed to have a fun beach time. There is also a Ralfs grocery store close enough to walk or bike to for groceries which was nice. Bike and board rentals in walking distance for 10 all day. Highly recomend the PB Alehouse for eating out. Overall a nice stay. Property was clean but dated and parking is a nightmare. Also, beware of sleeping with the doors and windows open. There is no ac so we slept with them open and were woken up numerous times by homeless people diging in the trash outside the master bedroom. Also cars haul a**down the alley and set off car alarms. So watch little ones around the alleyway. Property manager was lovely and overall had a great vacay. Thanks!

Great house and location

A group of us (5 adult females) rented this house for a work trip. The location is fabulous at just 1 house away from the beach. We were able to hear the waves and feel the breeze both inside and outside of the house. The house doesn’t have AC but the breeze through the open windows made for pleasant evenings - minus for the bunk room in the back. It took longer for that one to cool down even with the fans (due to the being blocked by the surrounding homes) so I slept on the couch. O was both super cool (used a comforter) and comfortable. There is also construction going on with the house next door, and the workers show up around 7. Even so, the house had the perfect beach feel and the host was very attentive. We would completely enjoyed our time and would totally rent again.
