Charming 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Home Located in the Quiet Neighborhood of Rolando/SDSU College Area. The home offers a very comfortable living room, two small bedrooms, and a large bathroom. The Kitchen is Well Equipped. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer, and large utility sink. The Backyard offers a large covered patio along with a fully fenced in backyard. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's. Wifi is provided along with a Landline Telephone. Quiet, Clean and Well Mannered Pets are Welcome! Guests traveling with an RV or Trailer have the option to park in front of the home or in the large driveway.

Cute property with a great backyard!!

We spent the weekend here with no issues. The property has everything you might need and the host was very responsive to all messages. It's in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible to anything you might need or want to do while in town. Loved the backyard for the kids to play!

Truly a cozy two bedroom with nice yard for the dogs.

Everything you need is within a short drive. The property is in a quiet neighborhood so sleeping wasn't a problem. It was also equipped with almost anything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet & Convenient

This house was the perfect location with great amenities. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet. We easily made trips to the beach and to the zoo. Highly recommend staying here.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and needed to find a place that we could stay with our dog. Stayed here to send our daughter off to SDSU. It's very close to campus in a great location and plenty of space for our family. The house was comfortable, exactly as pictured/expected. Perfect place to stay

My son and I stayed here while on vacation. Jeanette was seriously the best host. Super friendly, easy communication, and has the best house. Super close to everything, quiet neighborhood and the house has everything. Only downfall was, that our vacation had to end and we had to leave. A+++++++

Cute little house in quiet location

The 3 stars for location is only because im from san diego and el cajon blvd can be iffy once the sun goes down however the house is far enough off the blvd that i didnt feel worried.The house was the perfect size for our little family and accommodates pets well with a nice sized fenced in yard.Great central location short drives to the beach or mountains. The beds were SO COMFY too. Host was very responsive and accomodating which was nice as we've dealt with no so nice hosts before.

A Sweet Spot for Graduation Weekend

This property was perfect for our quick stay in San Diego. We came for the Marine Corps bootcamp graduation. Upon arrival we noticed the house was clean, well kept, and had every little amenity we could ever need from small room fans and room air conditioners (if needed), to an iron and spray, to a doggy poop scoop! The home was furnished with plenty of clean seating options (indoor and outdoor) and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of space, towels, and was very well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a park within walking distance. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if ever we are in the area.

Weekend Getaway

The house was great and my dogs LOVED the backyard. They had so much space to run around. The house was clean and ready for us before check in time. Jeanette was a great host and was quick with responses. The neighborhood is quiet and located near many stores and restaurants. Nice Cottage

This small home is cozy and clean. It has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry equipment, and a nice backyard and patio area. The location was about 20 - 30 minutes from the waterfront (all dependent on traffic). A shopping area is in close proximity. Jeannette, the host did a great job communicating and making the check-in and out process seamless.

we take a trip every year to san diego and our first time in tjis specific house. Fantastic Place for Dogs

We needed a place that was dog-friendly, with a secure yard, no carpeting, and in a quiet neighborhood. Jeanette’s place ticked all the boxes and more. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Access to freeways was easy, and downtown was only about twenty minutes away. Jeanette was very responsive to questions. We’d definitely stay at her place again!

Amazing! Can’t Wait To Come Back!!

We are so happy that we found the perfect place to bring our dogs so we can enjoy time with our son who attends SDSU. Super close to the campus, stores and restaurants. Perfect location.
