Cute Beach Cottage - Easy walk to Beach, Bay, More

  • Perfect little 1br/studio in Pacific Beach near the beach, bay, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Private entrance from the driveway. Separate kitchen area has mini fridge, mini stove, Keurig coffee maker, and a nice dining table area that doubles as the perfect spot to work from home. Nice yard space behind is great for hanging out in the garden and enjoying the sun. Outdoor BBQ for cooking and exclusive parking space is only 30ft from the front door.
