Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Double booked

We arrived at the property and the owner claimed that they received an email saying we had cancelled even though we hadn’t. After travelling the whole way there we weren’t allowed in because they had allowed someone else to stay there instead. I’m still trying to receive my refund.
