    FABULOUS OCEAN FRONT CONDO - AVAILABLE FOR A DREAM VACATION IN SAN DIEGO!!! ON THE BOARDWALK
    Walk out the front door to the sand, enjoy all the fun that Mission Beach has to offer. Located conveniently within 15 minutes to the San Diego International Airport, Old Town, Downtown Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Convention Center, Sea World, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Snapdragon Stadium and many more local attractions. You can even stroll four blocks south to Belmont Park with it's historic roller coaster, shops and restaurants!

    This 1500 square feet three bedroom non-smoking condo is the ideal vacation retreat, located on Ocean Front Walk, San Luis Obispo is the cross street. Decorated in a beach theme, you will feel right at home. The master has a king bed, with a private ocean view balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full sized beds. 6 people can sleep comfortably, all the bedrooms have TV's and are located on the second level. Your vacation home also features free wireless internet service. We have 3 beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, an umbrella, beach chairs for your fun day at the beach!

    Perfect for entertaining with an open kitchen, breakfast bar, and a cozy living room complete with flat screen TV. The front porch with a table and chairs is a fun area to eat, drink, and enjoy the people watching as the sun sets below the Pacific Ocean. Many tourists and locals travel up and down the paved walkway which runs for miles; it is a great spot to walk, jog, roller blade, or bike. Best people watching!

    There is a washer/dryer in the small tandem garage. Just bring your bathing suits and sunscreen, everything else you need is waiting for you here at this perfect ocean front beauty. No air conditioning. We do provide fans for every room. The fireplace is NOT hooked up

Beautiful oceanfront property

If you’re looking to stay directly on the beach this is the place for you! Awesome location close to shops and restaurants, and literally on the beach. Biking around the bay and on the boardwalk was fantastic, and you can’t beat the evening walks on the beach:) The host was extremely responsive and helpful, we will be back!

My wife and two boys (7,3) stayed the week at this beautiful home. Perfect location, right in the middle of Mission Beach and within walking distance of anything needed. As stated, garage is tight however we had a mini-van and it worked for us.

Amazing View and great location

This property was everything we wanted! The view is breath taking. Everything was clean and well stocked. The bikes, boogie boards, toys, games were such a great amenity. We rode bikes up and down the board walk. The area was quite and very relaxing. We had two teenagers with us and they had a blast. Nina was so responsive and great to work with.

Overall great location. We could not ask for a better location. There are some needs in this rental from kitchen utensils (peeler needs to be replaced for one and knives are dull for another) to bedroom sliding doors not working. Thank you Nina for being a great host!

Great beach stay

Everything was as advertised. Weekends get a bit loud but we wanted to be right in the beach so noise comes with the location. Walked to some fun dinner and breakfast locations. Garage is as tight as the other commenters mentioned so we tended to park on the streets. Always close by. Nina was very attentive. I would stay here again.

The condo is as described!! You’re 10 feet across Ocean Front Walk from the Pacific Beach Sand! The management of the condo is superb, we arrived the day before Hurricane Hillary was due to arrive we had some what if questions and they were answered with complete cooperation. We enjoyed our stay

Location and service for the win

Traveled from Iowa with daughter for a beach vacation. This place was amazing. Beach life at its best. Lots of “people watching” along the boardwalk. Would return just for the location. Customer service was amazing. The airline moved our flight to 6pm. The staff was able to move the cleaning to a later time so we could enjoy the day at the house instead of the airport. What an amazing gesture. We will be back!

Family vacation

Property was great and met our needs perfectly. Loved being right on the beach for the incredible sunsets. Walking distance to Belmont Park for treats, fun, dinner was perfect. Loved the bikes, beach chairs, boogy boards, beach towels, sand toys, balls. Our youngest was 11, a teen, a college kid. & grandparents all had a wonderful time. With careful skill, we used the garage for parking our mini van (backing in, folding in the mirrors) which was preferred over searching for street parking. Appreciated laundry on site too!

Cute Condo, GREAT location!

Our family of 5 stayed for Thanksgiving (mom, dad, and three sons--17, 20, 22). The location can't be beat. Right on the ocean & boardwalk and sunsets every night. Close to airport and all major attractions. Tired of walking on the beach?, head over to the bay just a short walk away. Kitchen and lower level updated and very comfortable, the upper level bedrooms/bathrooms felt a bit tired. Cleanliness received a 3 out of 5 bc there was some dust in the bedrooms and just a bit of overall grime of wear and tear. We had a wonderful time.

Another Great Stay

This is our second stay at this property. Excellent location to anything you could possibly want to do while in Mission/Pacific Beach. The home is fully equipped with anything you need. We did not have children with us but noticed plenty of beach toys, a pack play, baby gates, beach chairs/umbrellas etc. Property management is easy to communicate with and check in and out are very straight forward. This is a multi-unit home so anticipate neighbors. Ours were a quiet and kind group. House is pet friendly and we plan to return home nice again. Thank you!
