We're open. Welcome to "Good Times & Tan Lines". We love our SD home and are so excited to be able to make it a perfect vacation getaway. This 4 bedroom home is well suited for families or several couples. It is close to everything in San Diego - but no need to leave, as you can enjoy the pool and custom built in Hot-tub in the backyard. New Trex Deck as of Dec 2020. There are many nearby dining and shopping options too.
The Space;
This spacious 4-bedroom home is centrally located in a quiet Clairemont neighborhood. This house is comfortable, clean and has so many awesome features - it is a must visit! The large master bedroom has a KING sized bed and a view of the pool. It also has two large closets and an updated en suite with dual sinks and natural rock shower. On the other side of the house, separated by the living room, family room and kitchen you will find the other 3 bedrooms and common area bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and twin on top and Bedroom 4 has a queen sized bed. There is also a queen sized sleeper bed in the living room But better than that is a hideaway bed stored in the master closet. This homes features hardwood flooring, granite counters, updated appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator & lots of natural light. It is fully stocked with plates, utensils, small appliances, bar ware, etc. If you plan to do any cooking or baking during your stay, this kitchen will not disappoint. ★ Other perks ★ washer/dryer, tons of storage, plenty of parking, close to freeways, shopping centers, and only 6 miles from the beach. Please note, we do require all guests sign a short term rental agreement and pool liability waiver.
We have Air Conditioning! Now with San Diego's near perfect climate it won't be needed much but it's be there as an option for the summer months. AC is in mini splash and we have five indoor units. All bedrooms and one in the sitting room.

A restful time

The place was super clean and everything from the barbecue Jacuzzi pool air-conditioning all working perfect… Neighborhood super quiet… I would recommend it for anyone!

Great location to all the fabulous and fun things to do in San Diego. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids. Nice big table so we could eat together as a family. And spaces big enough to enjoy movies, the pool and hot tub without feeling like we were on top of each other. Kitchen had everything we needed - and more! We appreciated the washer/dryer, too.

We were an extended family of six visiting the area for a family wedding. This home was perfect for our needs. With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, washer & dryer, we had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Every night we enjoyed the covered patio and pool. The house is conveniently located to all attractions in the San Diego area and an easy day trip to Disneyland.

Loved this location- convenient to all of the things we wanted to see in San Diego but far enough removed to be a nice, quiet getaway. Communication with the owners was great and the amenities were fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We were a group of 8 ladies and it was the perfect place for our getaway. Some snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. The owner recommended a place for lunch which we went to and enjoyed while waiting to get into the place. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay!

Lots of Space

My family and I stayed for a week and enjoyed how spacious the house was for everything we needed to do for our niece’s wedding. We ran into some hiccups with the house - plumbing, etc., but the owner was quick to reply and send help.The pool was absolutely amazing and relaxing, and very clean. The kids spent as much time out in the pool as they could.

Great Home and Fantastic Hosts

The hosts went above and beyond to make the experience unique and fun for all ages. The kids loved the treasure hunt. They were quick to respond to texts. The house is well stocked and they provide many extras for the pool, beach, and other outings. It is a nice central location.

Great Stay

The house is as advertised and Steven is a great host - very responsive and happy to provide recommendations. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of groceries, coffee and other shopping with easy access to surrounding highwayys. Overall, my family was very happy staying here

We had a fantastic time at this awesome home! I was traveling for work and brought my husband, almost 2 year old, and the 3 grandparents along. The pool was beautiful, though the weather sadly was not warm enough for us to use it, but the hot tub was a hit! Also, all the courtesy items, from cold drinks ready in the fridge and snacks, to beach chairs and towels, along with toys for the kids (both for home and the beach) were so incredibly helpful! Steve was very accessible for our questions and helped clarify anything we needed. The provided guidebook with tips and tricks was terrific too! We don't get to travel much as a family with our jobs, but this was a memorable trip and we will definitely stay again in the future when we make it back!
The aquarium is a must if you have kids into nature!
The Mini Donut Company was a hit for us!
Pacific Beach, one of the places recommended by our host!

Great House

Everything was fantastic. Didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub but both looked wonderful. House was super clean and the snacks were a great addition. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We had family coming from multiple states a to come and stay. It was easy to get to and a great location. The house is close to many of the areas we wanted to visit, which made it convenient for getting around San Diego. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware, which made it nice for cooking our meals.
