Approximately 3 blocks to the beach (.5 mi) and Tourmaline surf park. Walking distance to wonderful bars and fantastic restaurants. An amazing location with brand new furnishings, WI-FI internet, Smart TV, washer and dryer, outdoor patio with grill and much more. The house is perfect!
