This stunning oceanfront condo sits directly on the beach, with only the iconic boardwalk between you and the sand and surf. Wake each morning to sweeping views of the Pacific through a large picture window in the primary bedroom. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and primary bedroom all face the ocean, creating a bright, open space filled with coastal scenery.

Located on the second floor, the condo offers a perfect balance of privacy, quiet, and security, while still giving you a front-row view of the vibrant beach and boardwalk below. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking and dining. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and TV, the second bedroom includes two twin beds and a computer workspace, and the living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, recliner, a large-screen HDTV and a queen airbed. Step out onto the spacious balcony overlooking the boardwalk, complete with patio seating for four.

All linens are provided, along with beach essentials like boogie boards and chairs. The unit also includes a dedicated parking space large enough to accommodate even a full-size SUV.

Ideally situated between Pacific Beach Pier and the famous Belmont Park roller coaster, the condo places you within easy reach of everything. Just behind the building, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bike and surfboard rentals, apparel and beach shops, and surf lesson providers. Take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk to discover even more dining and entertainment options. Please note that daily room service is not available.

There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV.

The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Just in back of our building are several restaurants, bike rentals, surf board rentals, apparel shops, beach shops, and surf instructions. Stroll up the boardwalk to find more restaurants.
