Unfortunately I have to give a bad review, because of two incidents that are really out of the hotel's control, but they nonetheless very negatively affected our stay. 1) The fire alarm went off at 1am. No all-clear was given over the PA system. 2) There was NO WATER AT ALL from about 6am for at least an hour (we checked out at 7). The staff were aware of the problem but there was nothing they could do about it, no water for coffee, showers, toilet-flushing, breakfast, etc. A disaster. But otherwise the hotel is great modern, clean, breakfast would have been good, bed very comfortable, etc. Staff great, no complaints other than the above.

Did Like: bed was comfortable, lots of hot water, breakfast was good and fresh Did not like: shower was dirty when I entered the room, hallway leading up to the rooms werent vacuumed, paying extra for parking after booking a room is kind of crazy considering theres no street parking where the hotel is located

Room was okay but for a $200 dlls a night room I would expect much much more. The breakfast is a joke. Better go to a $100-$130 a night hotel and you will find a much better room, much better service, and MUCH better breakfast. Seriously, do not stay here.

Room was clean and ready for us after a long day. It’s close to sea world, little Italy and old town San Diego. Lots of dinning and shopping nearby. The breakfast was great they had lots of options. I would stay here again.

Stayed one night with family of 5. Great experience overall. Room and facility were clean. Staff was prompt and courteous. Parking was easy but I can imagine on a busy night it might be challenging. The breakfast provided a ton of options which is great but the "cooked" food (eggs, sausage, potatoes) left something to be desired.

Staff was courteous & friendly. The area was good & lots of restaurants near by. Our location was central to everywhere. Parking fee if $24. A day was a bit much, they could’ve mentioned it on their website. Free breakfast was pretty good. Thank you

did not stay in the hotel and they stole the money for two rooms and they did not return the money. It is a fraud with the Expeda company for online reservations. I went to the hotel and they told me that we did not return the money. I spoke to the hotel’s information office as if they were witnesses to it. I did not stay in the hotel. They cheated on it and the amount was withdrawn. 313. This is unfair.

Originally booked 4 nights only stayed 2 and switched hotels because beds where very uncomfortable and the sink was backed up and smelt so bad we couldn't brush our teeth. The room and general areas felt clean for the most part

Property was decent, nothing special or over the top. A little noisy for our liking. Always looks better in pictures than in real life. The room was ok and clean. The shower was not very well cleaned and there was hair in it... I've asked for a room that was facing the back of the property (the mountain) they gave me a room right by the elevators; I went back and asked for a better room - they gave me one facing the side and right next to the mechanical room. We decided to accept it. A little after check in we were trying to unwind and relax - when we started getting a lot of noise steps/running from door to window and back to door from the room above us. We waited for a while, we realized it was probably some children. After a while it was just not stopping I decided to call the front desk - they advised they'll take care of it. waited and waited and it got worse and worse. It sounded like adults were doing the same noise but louder and probably on purpose and out of spite... I was gonna call front desk again but my wife stopped me and we decided to let it go and just wait and hope they'll stop. After 45 min to an hour we finally had peace and quiet. Breakfast was a bit weak as well.

Overall had a decent stay, we got stuck with a noisy room sounded like they were running and non stop stomping above us. I complained but they didn’t seem to care. Room was really clean and nice. The restroom had a vanity like mirror with adjustable lighting. Parking was good too didn’t have any issues. Just wish I got a quieter room.

Ok in a pinch, but wouldn't return
The driveway to the property was narrow and not easily visible upon arrival (at night). Although the property was relatively clean, the room was lacking and the mattress was atrocious. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special. Parking was very tight. Property needs a little updating, but hotel staff was very pleasant. Was not worth the rate charged.

The staff has terrible attitude. Customer service pretty bad. They knocked on our door five times during check in. They were kicking us out at exactly 11 am. The manager even showed up with a nasty attitude. Will definitely not come back
