Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio! Nestled in the heart of San Diego's famed Little Italy district. The studio is on the bottom floor of a 3-unit property. Quaint and cozy, this bright and happy space serves as the perfect urban retreat for couples or solo travelers. Featuring a cozy king bed and a kitchenette stocked with the essentials, dining in or dining out (you're in the right place!) is always an option.

The Space:
This studio comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, cozy king size bed, beautiful decor, wifi throughout, and one parking spot for a compact size car (larger vehicles will not fit).

The studio is on the bottom floor of a 3-unit property.

PARKING: There is one parking space that will fit a compact size car. Larger vehicles will not fit and will need to be parked on the street.

There is a portable A/C and a space heater in the unit. This studio does not have a central hvac system or thermostat.
