Like many homes by the coast, we do not have air conditioning. We do provide fans in the rooms for your comfort. Feel free to open the windows, let the ocean air flow, and enjoy the unique charm of Ocean Beach.

I am from OB and this is where I like to come with friends and get away. This was by far the nicest place I have stayed with incredible views from 2 levels. Modern design, fixtures and very comfortable beds. Two showers that are better than what I have at home and a bathtub with a view. I truly hope to visit again. PS , there was even the OB Christmas Parade we could walk to. If you can visit during a Wednesday there is the OB farmers market in the early evening and you can fill the kitchen with flowers and fresh veggies and breads all walkable from the house.
