Our single level beach house is designed for effortless coastal living. The layout features two private bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed and accessible features to ensure a restful night. The shared living room serves as a bright and airy hub for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, including modern appliances and children dinnerware. The full bathroom is designed with wide clearances for ease of movement. Outside, your private patio offers stunning sea views and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. Bedroom 1 and 2 feature queen beds and ample clothing storage. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. The living room is equipped with a TV and comfortable seating. The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower with accessible height fixtures. The property also offers laundry facilities nearby and beach essentials for your convenience.

Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. Please note that quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 06:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. While we love animals, please be aware that pets are allowed only with prior approval and additional charges may apply.
