DESCRIPTION
This exceptional resort-style vacation rental was purpose-built to take advantage of the amazing bayfront location. Enjoy spacious patios and decks, a built-in gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining, a grass lawn, and the sandy beach just beyond the gated yard.

You can rest assured knowing that you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips. The fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with polished granite countertops is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and cookware.

The open-concept living area boasts an indoor/outdoor fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and a sectional sofa and seating. Huge floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide unobstructed bay views, and a dramatic spiral staircase takes you to the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd levels.

The remarkable primary suite is located on the second level and is a retreat unto itself. The suite features beach and bay views, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan and a spacious spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub, a walk-in shower with 6 shower heads, dual-sink vanity and a walk-in closet. There is another large suite on the top level that features a queen bed with lie-down water views and a bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Open the sliding doors and step out to the rooftop deck with outdoor lounge seating and stunning panoramic views of San Diego’s Sail Bay and beyond.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs in the living and all bedrooms, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one beach towel and bath towel set per guest, a starter kit of paper towels and kitchen and bath soaps. Laundry soap and a shared laundry facility are provided for your convenience

This is an attached home with a shared gated entryway and laundry facility. The grounds of Villa on the Bay include a total of 3 villas that can be combined into a 7-bedroom estate that sleeps up to 21.

Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.

Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. Guest ages and plans for use of the home must be approved, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.
