Enjoy our beautiful home in Bay Ho/Clairemont. This property is fully furnished, updated and private. Hi-speed internet, brand new modern furniture, and a large backyard with grill and seating. This property is perfect for digital nomads, traveling nurses, and locals in need of temporary housing. We are also dog friendly and the private and fully fenced backyard is perfect for your furry friend.
Centrally located in the Bay Ho neighborhood, it is a great location to discover San Diego. A short drive from Pacific beach, La Jolla, UTC, Downtown, and North county. The place is a fully private/separate unit in our wonderful duplex. Washer and dryer are also on site in your own garage.

We had a wonderful long-term stay at Maxim’s place! Great location in San Diego and a nice clean home. We really enjoyed the backyard and grill. We would definitely stay again!
This property was perfect for my husband, me, and our two little dogs to stay this summer. We stayed for 2 months very comfortably. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we easily hosted my daughter and her husband when she came to visit. The backyard was very secure for our dogs to be left unsupervised to go in and out as they pleased. You will have to check for foxtail weeds, though. The yard had many when we arrived and they can be deadly for dogs. Thankfully, the owner sent a gardening crew immediately to rid the yard of the dangerous plants. The owner is extremely prompt in responding to any issues and gets them taken care of right away. The neighborhood felt very safe and neighbors were friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the bathroom was small but clean and modern. The laundry machines in the garage were so helpful and free to use. By the end of our stay, it felt like home!
Cute 2-bedroom property with a nice backyard space, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the garage. We stayed here for 6 weeks visiting family in La Jolla, and found the location to be perfect for the San Diego area. The owner, Max, was very responsive (we were missing a vacuum filter, he ordered it on Amazon and we had it just a day or two later). The houses here are very close together, and note that this property is actually half of a small house, so you can hear your neighbors on occasion if windows are open, though our neighbors were friendly and generally not very noisy. Street parking is available but is very tight, so it's nice to have the guaranteed driveway spot as well as use of the garage. We enjoyed our stay!
Hosts have done an excellent job. Very nice inside. Well thought-out. Needs a collander, but otherwise ultra well-equipped. Didn’t need to reach out much (even though we stayed 4 weeks). But when we did, hosts very responsive. Highly recommend!
Only negatives: didn’t find much to walk to, and when you drive, be careful because there’s a lot of traffic.
It was spotless clean and everthing I expected and more. If needed I would have been able to contact Maxim. It is centrally located to everything and easy access to the main roads.
We will return.

I would highly recommend this place. Was easy to communicate with owners through email and texts. Home was very clean and had everything that we needed!
Close proximity to everything we were interested in!! Loved the amenities: the beautiful private backyard (so serene), kitchen had all you need to cook and bake, the beds were especially comfortable, having laundry was a plus, off street parking was so sweet, the light and brightness in this stay was nice and the living room was great for 3-4 comfortably! Another comfy chair would of been nice! The best thing was the owners were responsive and quick with messaging us with our questions! I highly recommend this and hope to return next year to stay here again! Peg and Denny
