JUST REMODELED JAN 2023!

Spectacular 4 bed 3 bath condo with breathtaking views of Mission Bay channel and the Pacific Ocean from this spacious 2,075sf home! Located at the southern tip of Mission Beach overlooking the water, this unique curved floor plan has floor to ceiling glass walls to capitalize on the incredible view. Large, open kitchen and living room, a balcony with views off each bedroom, 2 car parking in gated garage with free parking nearby (see photo of parking map), plenty of storage for beach toys and an outdoor hose to rinse off sandy feet after long days on the beach! We have a security camera outside facing the front entryway in front of the front door for security purposes.

The location of this property is uniquely situated near sandy Pacific Ocean beach, and beautiful Mission Bay with calm waters. There is a large grass area and playground for children on the bayside. Basketball and volleyball courts set up on the sand on the beach side. Everything is walking distance and easily accessible!

Just a ten minute walk and you're at the center of Mission Beach, an iconic area in San Diego. There are tons of shops, places to rent bicycles and water sports, bars, and restaurants. There is also Belmont Amusement Park, with its classic roller coaster and other rides, arcades, bumper cars, laser tag, miniature golf and more!

The area surrounding the unit is a biker's paradise with miles of paved walk and bike lanes along the ocean or inland Mission Bay. If you prefer water sports, the bayside is ideal for sailing, wind surfing, paddle boating, and jet skiing in its calm waters.

Pets must be approved ahead of time, and guests must pay $100 pet fee. All approved pets must be on flea protection medication.

Beautiful property with spectacular views. Great space for little ones. Well stocked kitchen! Plentiful beach supplies with short walk to beach and restaurants . The space made for a great family vacation.

Family Anniversary Trip

Very nice clean property! Six adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. Beautiful view of the Channel and Ocean. Easy walk to the Basin, ocean, Belmont Park. Great location for Families!! And the underground garage and elevator made moving in/out so easy! We hope to come back!Thanks to our host Makela!!

Views for miles!

Great property, recently renovated and very nicely done. Kitchen is big enough for 2 or 3 cooks and the views to the inlet and Pacific were great. 5 adults, loved the location and space.

Calm location on a busy beach

Loved using this property as our home base for a thanksgiving trip for family. We could venture out to the zoo or Legoland during the day and enjoy the view at the beginning and end of our days. Sunrises and airplanes, sunsets and boats, birds and seals. Fun place!

Mom’s 70th birthday

This property is worth it for the windows alone. We booked this with my mom and my brother and our spouses for a 70th birthday celebration. What a scenic, relaxing, and beautiful view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spectacular time in San Diego. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Christmas at Mission Beach

This condo is well located for walking access to Mission Beach and nearby restaurants and an easy drive to SeaWorld. Amenities included off-street parking, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a spectacular room for relaxing while watching the boats, seals, dolphins and birds on the channel.

Such a special place!

This is our second time staying at this condo now nicknamed our "Happy Place". We loved it so much that we decided to celebrate my 16 years olds birthday there as a family. We got to experience tropical storm Hillary from the safety of our beautiful condo and experienced the most beautiful sunsets when it wasn't raining!

70th Birthday weekend

This is a 10 star property! The view is amazing; sunrise and sunsets! We all enjoyed relaxing in the living room watching people kayaking, the fishing boats, and even saw a seal and 2 dolphins! Enjoyed walking to the beach and going for morning jogs. The condo was spotless; the cleaning team spent every attention to detail. The rooms and beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. This is the best Vrbo rental we’ve stayed and 10 stars to the owners and property mgrs. Highly recommend!

Great time in San Diego

We were staying in Yuma and decided to spend a few days in San Diego. On the beach. With a view. This house met our needs perfectly. We were travelling with an older person with mobility challenges. The elevator goes from the parking level directly to the room. It was amazing. We saw dolphins in the inlet right outside the window. You can see the boats going in and out for the inlet and the open ocean. We would recommend this location.

Perfect place for our family

We had 6 adults and had plenty of space. Only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Kitchen is nicely furnished. The views in real life are at least as beautiful at the pictures in the listing. We thought that being so close to the beach would be noisier, but it was no problem at all. Very quiet, especially at night. Having a secure place to park is also a bonus. We'll stay here again, if it's available.

Great place

The condo was very clean and well kept. We stayed here last week, my family and two others. 4 children in total ages 1-4. It worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again. Parking is a big plus even though one of the spaces is a little tight. Makaela was awesome and always very responsive to communications when I reached out to her.

Perfect Location

This VRBO condo was a winner for our family of 8 adults and 3 kids under five. We were close to the beach, bay, park and attractions. The condo was clean with great views of the bay, ocean and fireworks at Sea World. We enjoyed spotting the wildlife in the bay and watching the boaters, kayakers and fishermen. There were lots of beach supplies, an elevator and 2 parking spots. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this perfect location!

A gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful top floor flat. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had beautiful views of the ocean and bay and watched seals and dolphins from our living room. We had everything we needed for a family of 6 with twelve and fifteen-year-olds, and for our friends who have a one and three-year-old.

Amazing views!

This was an absolutely amazing stay! The location to the beach was a 5-10 min walk and we could watch the dolphins and seals right from the living room! We had a group of 10 girls and all slept comfortably. One note is that the listing says a futon in the master but it is just a blow up mattress. Didn’t bother us but something to note if you have more adults! Overall I would definitely stay here again!!

Really enjoyed this property. Google maps tried to park us in the beach parking lot and walk away from the property, so be sure to look at photos and visualize where you want to be. Condo nicely appointed with killer view over channel- fun to watch the boats and pelicans. Only downside to location is the 6:30 a.m. start time for takeoff at San Diego airport - the first half hour sounds like being under an air show. Cleaning crew arrives at 10:01 so don't linger.

Beyond amazing location and clean property

Amazing location with mesmerizing views all around! The layout is perfect for our larger family and the furnishings provide a homey feel. We enjoyed walking daily and visiting the beach. The provision of a vacuum helped keep some of the inevitable sand from trekking inside. A few minor challenges related to the leaking washing machine and some uncomfortable beds. The front bedroom had a gap in the door that didn't keep the noise out, but earplugs worked. The minor complaints would not keep us from returning again and again. We loved our stay!
