  • 620sqft Private 13Ft Valted Studio with Garage and Driveway Parking in Point Loma! Loft has approx 5 ft headroom. A seaside neighborhood, bordering Ocean Beach. Known as "where California Began," Point Loma sits on a Peninsula and is claimed to be the landing point of the first Europeans who made their way to this western state. Besides being historical, Point Loma is known for its easy access to the Pacific Ocean. Nearby attractions include SeaWorld San Diego, the Marina Village conference Center, and the Ocean Beach Athletic Area.

    Getting Around
    There are plenty of public bus lines within walking distance, but if you have a car the expressways are also nearby and easily accessible. It is only 5 minutes walk to the Dog beach.
