A fun family spring break!!

We loved the location of Rodney’s house! We were able to so easily walk to the beach and go to great reataurants. Plus the other attractiions that interested us like the Zoo and Sea World were a quick drive away. The landscaping was all so beautiful!

The Garden Cottage is set back in a peaceful garden teaming with hummingbirds and pollinators. We enjoyed having meals on the deck overlooking the garden and relaxing on the backyard patio. We stayed as a family of 4 and enjoyed the abundant space inside and outside the Farm House. Rustic charm aplenty. Easy to get to and from, whether you come from SLO or Pismo Beach. We had one request during our stay, and Chris the property manager was very responsive. Definitely would recommend a stay at the Old Edna Farm House!

Beautiful, cozy cottage by the Sea

This cottage was cozy, clean, and smartly furnished. Our family enjoyed the short walk to Sunset Cliffs and OB. We ventured out every day early to enjoy bagels and coffee in town or breakfast and to enjoy the beach. The grounds were a succulent paradise and everything felt zen. Amazing Host and Fantastic Location

Rodney is the best host I've ever worked with! He is responsive, helped address every concern or need, provided local recommendations, and even helped us after our stay when our travel was delayed due to weather. The house is great :) It's exactly as pictured and we really enjoyed how bright the space was. We were withing walking distance of nearly everything and even had a view of the water. Super happy to have stayed and we will definitely stay at one of Rodney's properties again!

Great little beach cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy beach cottage. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The outdoor space was nicely kept and perfect for lounging. The house is located a short walk to the seaside cliffs -- a perfect spot to take in the views of the ocean or get in a scenic walk or jog. The neighborhood is residential and during our stay was quite quiet (you'll hear and see planes passing overhead, but they never bothered us). It's also just a short walk to neighborhood restaurants and a quick drive to groceries, etc. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

Property was great! Comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer took a long time to do a load of laundry but got the job done nonetheless. Rodney was responsive to texts and offered up suggestions on dining when asked. No grill or fire pit like listed unless it was tucked away where we didn’t see. Wasn’t important enough to ask about though. Didn’t impact our stay. Ocean beach is nice but it’s a little drive time wise to the nicer beaches for families. Would stay again for sure!
