Check-out time is scheduled for 10:00 AM. Housekeeping typically arrives promptly at 10:00-10:15 AM. Please wash and put away all dishes. Remove all personal food items from refrigerator and cabinets.

Take out all trash and recyclables to the outdoor containers (right of front porch). Remember to log off of any personal streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) from home smart TV.

Turn off all lights/fans/heaters. Let me know if there were any issues during your stay - or if any items require my attention. Thanks for entrusting us with your accommodations. Safe travels!

We rented this cute little cottage for a short visit to OB. Walking distance to Newport Ave, Sunset Cliffs, and the beaches, it was exactly what we needed. The place is in very good condition and well maintained. The owner was great with communication too. Thanks!

The location of the cottage was great! Walking distance to everything in ocean beach! Rodney was an amazing host as well! We really enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the cottage got cold at night as there are no heat vents in the rooms.

Perfect Spot, just off the beaten path!

This was a PERFECT spot for my family of four’s, first time visit to the San Diego area. This cottage is within walking distance to a beautiful scenic beach area and just a short drive to all that the San Diego area has to offer. Rodney was very responsive and accommodating and had offered many suggestions for local spots. We would definitely recommend staying to anyone planning a visit…GREAT TIMES!!!

Cute bungalow, amazing location!

This bungalow is adorable and in a cute neighborhood. The weather was amazing and we we're able to walk to the beaches and downtown area of ocean beach. Easy to also drive to downtown SD. It was a quick trip, but definitely would book again :)

Beach house perfection

The house is perfectly located and just walking distance to town. Perfectly decorated and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The garden is spectacular and a wonderful place to gather. The host was responsive and gave great recommendations for local food and activities. We loved our stay at this special and happy little beach house and will return.

Fabulous stay!

My 2 kids (6 & 11) stayed at this lovely cottage for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The vottage is perfectly located in OB, away from the bustle of the main drag, but walking distance to the cliffs and some good food. It served as our home base while we explored San Diego. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and the garden was a lovely place to spend time drinking coffee and reading. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cozy and comfortable cottage near the cliffs

We stayed for a week at this lovely gem of a cottage. Perfect location a short walk from the ocean with fantastic views from the cliffs and bohemian Ocean Beach. We spent several evenings just relaxing and enjoying the view from the porch and living room. Fully equipped with everything you might need including all kitchen utensils. Highly recommended!

Weekend with Grandsons

The cottage was a great base of operations for our busy weekend of adventures with our five- and eight-year-old grandsons. The cottage was clean, well equipped, and charmingly decorated. The amazing garden provided a calming respite to the bustling rhythm of our days. Our host, Rodney, could not have been more accommodating.
