Very easy check in check out process. Owner was very communicative. Place was clean and felt very safe. Lots of restaurants near by and amazing beach access. Plenty of room for our family of 6
The view and location were amazing. I appreciated being right on the boardwalk and enjoyed lounging in the shared patio area. The beds were comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. The units were exactly as described and we had a great trip.
When you stay in one of the beach King properties you know you are going to have a properly outfitted place that is maintained at the level of a hotel. I was in this beachfront condo and a housekeeper was in and out vacuuming always in the multi-plex. Had a typical Beach problem of someone messing with their garbage disposal and when I called and no plumber was available on Christmas Eve the 'King' himself showed up cuz he knew what the problem probably was! Lovely properties great management. I smile at Christmas Eve with us grumbling over holidays and all the people at the beach. Thanks Maurice. You know I'll be back.
Maurice was the perfect host. The unit was clean and well appointed with amenities. The location is perfect, with restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.
Renters should be aware of heavy foot traffic on the boardwalk, but it did not interfere with our stay.

The location was good the room was good the only thing that was it very appealing was the people on the boardwalk reading the billboard on the side of my front window staring into my room while we’re eating breakfast the additional studio that was given to me was a little cramped and the parking for that studio was a little ridiculous other than that the property was great
We traveled with 8 teenagers/young adults. My husband and I stayed on the studio side and let the kids stay in the 1BR side. All 10 of us hung out every night and played games and were completely comfortable. The big window looking out onto the Pacific was so amazing any time of the day. Parking was adequate. My husband drives an F350 dually and it fit in Space #1. I drive a Subaru Ascent and it fit in Space #7. It is tight but you just let your passengers out and there is plenty of room for the driver to get out. We VRBO quite a bit and what I loved most about these accommodations was how clean the unit was and how well stocked it was with regard to towels, TP, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, bathroom toiletries, and more . . . Kuerig machines and cups!! A lot of extras and creative space to store your belongings.
Overall, this was a great stay. There were a couple things that were not made clear in the description of the property. The first is that this truly is 2 separate condos. separated by a common hall that services multiple other units. We had booked this thinking we could be in the large unit and have our kids sleep in the studio assuming since it wasn't clear that they were connected by an adjoining door or something. They are not. Because of this, we did not feel safe having our kids stay in the studio and all 4 of us stayed in the main unit and really only used the studio for storage. The other thing is the parking spaces. The fact that this listing had 2 parking spaces was a major selling point. parking is horrific down here and both my husband and I needed our cars. there were 2 spaces...however the space assigned to the studio is so small in between 2 buildings that i had to back in and climb out the back of my van and over a fence, to get to the boardwalk and then walk around to the unit. Unless you have a mini I wouldn't consider this a parking spot. Lastly, the large patio is a shared patio with the entire building of I think 7 units. This was a pretty big issue since i envisioned being out on the patio all day but couldn't because there were other parties that needed to stay there.
All this being said, if these things were clear in the description I would most likely still have booked (perhaps without the studio space). It was clean and in a great location, but I left disappointed by the misleading description.
