This 2B/2Bath one-story condo is beautifully decorated in a beach motif with all amenities including a brand new 65" SMART TV and, of course, secure wireless internet offering 1000mbps. It offers you, as a guest, all that you need to enjoy a peaceful, serene beach experience. ...relax in this private tropically-appointed quaint complex of 5 residences where the charming town nearby fulfills your needs of great restaurants, shopping, and beach sunbathing or walking.

It is just a short walk down sturdy steps to explore the tide pools below or to go to a pristine white sand beach in a secluded cove. If you prefer to play in the surf at a large public beach with lifeguards, it's only a seven-minute walk. Fishing on the Ocean Beach Pier and surfers add interest to your view (and your photos)! At night, the lights of La Jolla sparkle in the distance.

Walk to the main street of Ocean Beach, a quaint coastal town featuring family-owned businesses, cute cafes, a plethora of interesting shops, and natural food stores. There is even a Farmer's Market featuring live entertainment every Wednesday evening from four to seven. (Times vary during summer and winter months).

This residence is centrally situated to visit several of San Diego's popular Attractions within a 1/2 hour or less such as Sea World, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Museums, Downtown (where you find the famous Gaslamp District), San Diego Harbor and village, and Old Town. Marty is the best host you could ask for and the property couldn’t be any better! We never wanted to leave the deck and the ocean views. All the furniture was new and comfy and she had all the beach extras we needed too! Would definitely come back!

Lovely spot in a wonderful town

The apartment is excellent for 2-4 persons, clean, well appointed, beautiful location/views and an easy walk to the heart of Ocean Beach which is a wonderful throw back to the time of quaint beach towns.

Lovely stay! Marty was so helpful and responsive when we had an emergency situation. Really cannot say enough positive things about her response. Views are Amazing and all the amenities are great. Sand toys, coolers, chairs were a huge hit. Love the walk to everything Ocean Beach has to offer. Only difficult thing is it does get a little warm inside during the day, so just pack accordingly and open windows and get fans going and then it’s totally fine. Beds are updated and so comfortable!We will be back.

Amazing Ocean Front House

Our family loved every minute of our vacation at this amazing beach house! The Perfect Place to Celebrate a Birthday

The condo overlooked the Pacific-about a rock’s throw away. You could hear all the birds within sight which was lovely if you live inland. The condo had all of the amenities set out in the description of the property and Marty was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The location of the condo is great.Everything about our stay was perfect!

Perfect San Diego Get Away

Marty’s Place is the perfect getaway overlooking the beautiful Ocean Beach tide pools. The ocean view from the cliff tops doesn’t get much better than this. We enjoyed our stay immensely and appreciated the closeness to so many activity and dining options. Marty’s Place was clean, with ample supplies. Marty was very communicative and quick to answer questions and provide anything we needed.

Weekend celebration

In town for USMC graduation and the owner Marty was unbelievable! Great communication, clear instructions for check-in. She contacted us during our stay with a few quick reminders and local restaurant ideas. The place was immaculate and the location and view was awesome. Wife and I definitely will book this again for a weekend getaway. Perfect!

Fabulous Views of the Ocean

The views are amazing! We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves, watching the sun set and just enjoying nature. The house is spotless and Marty was very responsive to the few questions I had. We could walk to everything in Ocean Beach.
