**Important Notice: From 1/1/26 to 8/1/26 Please be aware that there is ongoing construction noise in the back 1/2 of the property during daytime hours. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be suitable for your stay. Please consider this before booking. Thank you for your understanding.

---The max for overnight guests is 11, and that is required to be annotated at the time of booking. If you would like to bring extra guests to visit while you are staying at the property it must be pre-approved by the host.

---This home is intended for a relaxing getaway, not rowdy parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 25 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

---Please note that charging of golf carts and electric vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited. If you need to charge an electric vehicle, please make arrangements to do so offsite. If any of the above rules are violated, an additional fee of $150 will be added to your reservation.

---The owner’s closet is for private use and is not accessible to guests. We kindly ask that you respect this space and refrain from entering. If, for any reason, the closet is accessed or items are disturbed, a fee of $100 will be charged to cover the inconvenience and any necessary arrangements.
