Pacific Beach Wellness Estate: Pool & Rooftop Spa

  • Your own private resort in North Pacific Beach, minutes from the sand and dining. Two years in the making, this newly built custom wellness home features a resort pool with Baja tanning shelf, rooftop hot tub with Mission Bay views, salt sauna, steam shower, private movie theater, and gym. Four king bedrooms, two primary suites, and 5.5 baths give everyone room to unwind. Add a chef's kitchen, purified water throughout, and Apple smart-home controls, and you may never want to leave.

    Guest access: you have the entire home, pool, spa, sauna, steam shower, movie theater, gym, and outdoor spaces. A couple of owner closets upstairs and the third-floor loft are locked and not part of the rental. The garage is not for guest use; the carport is available for parking.
