This beautifully decorated and immaculately clean vacation home is located at one of the best locations in Ocean Beach. You're only steps from feeling the beach sand between your toes (less than a 2 minute walk!). Ocean Beach has everything a vacation should have -- surf, sand, biking, walking, relaxing. Pure fun and enjoyment. Take long romantic walks along the shore. Stroll to one of the many neighborhood restaurants and bars. Stay in and enjoy the wall mounted 60' flat screen TV in the living room or secure, high-speed WiFi internet. Create your own dine-in experience with the modern, fully equipped chef's kitchen. And after a day of exploring San Diego relax under a warm rain shower. Nighttime awaits with high thread count sheets and a top of the line pillow top mattress. We hope this will be one of the best vacations you ever had.

Property boasts an upgraded dream kitchen with Bosch gas range and microwave, Samsung french door refrigerator with ice maker, Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy air conditioned comfort on those warm beach days. Laundry includes high-efficiency stack washer/dryer. Beautiful Italian porcelain tile installed throughout. We wanted everything perfect for our guests.

A member of my family has severe allergies to pet dander. For their health safety I cannot accept dogs or cats. Please inform me if you have a service animal and I will be glad to help you find other suitable accommodations in the same area. It is an undue hardship for me to have to perform restorative cleaning to eliminate pet dander in the townhouse/garage. Please - no pets allowed.

Always an enjoyable stay!

This was our second time staying @ Connie’s property and it was just as great we remembered! She provides everything necessary for a long weekend stay at the beach. We loved it and look forward to our next trip! Love the property, the location, & Ocean Beach!

The stay is always great, the duplexes are very nice comfortable, cozy, and clean. I slept like a baby. Also, the Niebor-hood is great. The beach is located right across the street. I enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants, bars, and to get coffee. Our host Connie is amazing, she is only a phone call away. whatever we needed, she got it for us. The houses has all the amenities and some a/c units.

Great property - close to Ocean Beach

Comfortable home with any amenities you might need. The host, Connie, is fantastic and on-the-spot responsive to any inquiries. Would stay again.

Second time staying here! Love the area, the privacy, and the accommodations. The rooms are spacious, there’s anything you might need available. The location is close to everything, we walked to the gamers market, to the beach, and restaurants. Kitchen is very well stocked, the towels are nice and soft, the beds are comfortable, and the place is very clean. We all enjoyed going back after a long day and watch a movie. This is our second stay here, last time it was right next door, but for a family of 4, and this rental is definitely more spacious and comfortable. Will be staying again for our yearly SD trips.

We recently rented this location and it was a perfect spot for SeaWorld, Zoo, watching dolphins at the beach, etc. It’s really in a great spot to get to everything and it fit our needs perfectly

Location is amazing, appreciated having beach toys for our toddler, space is as advertised. Connie was a wonderful host and very accommodating in light of the severe weather San Diego experienced during our trip. Highly recommend!

Quiet place to stay with the beach so close you can see it from the driveway.

Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in San Diego. This place is located in Ocean Beach, walking distance to dog beach. Great for morning walks/runs through the safe neighborhoods there. There are beach chairs provided and we used them at the beach more than once.The kitchen was fully equipped to cook. People in the area were so friendly, it was a win-win vacation. Close to all of the popular attractions too. Recommended place and host too.

Perfect Spot for Family Visit

The property is very clean with nice finishes. It is a simple crossing of the street to get to the beach. There are so many little touches that make this a great rental. Connie has a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon, plenty of bathroom towels and toiletries and a lovely patio where we ate our Thanksgiving meal. I would recommend and will definitely be back.

Perfect spot

This place was very nice, clean. Right across the street from the beach. Upscale furnishings. I appreciated the soap and shampoo provided, along with all the beach gear. Having air conditioning was nice too. Off street parking was another plus.

What a wonderful slice of heaven in Ocean Beach this place was for my family. A literal block from a gorgeous beach. Minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes from downtown. 45 minutes to Legoland. And the place itself was the exact size we needed for our family of 5. Six stars out of five.

Great Spot.

This property was amazing. It was very clean, great rain shower, updated appliances. This home is very well equipped. I did not have any children with me so I can't comment on that. Location is really right across the street from the beach. Not only would I stay here again, I have already looked into the possibility for our next visit.

Perfect location!

This property was exactly as listed and aligned perfectly with my expectations. This was a birthday trip, and the location was absolutely perfect and close to all the things I wanted to do and see. The condos are all in very close proximity to each other, but you couldn't tell once inside. The space was perfect and clean, and the host was available to answer any questions. Would definitely return.

Great place to stay

This is side by side units and we had the back unit. We could not have been more pleased with the unit and the location. We were across the street from the public access. The place was really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard had a nice table and chairs to sit outside. There were beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach toys and a beach wagon to carry it all. What was really great was the off street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

A beautiful property and so convenient. We had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. All the kitchen/bath/laundry supplies. (Except maybe baggies/foil) Only a short walk to Ocean Beach. Close to restaurants. Definitely recommend.
