Perfect little beach cottage

We loved this adorable condo! Steps from the bay and mission beach, easy walk to pacific beach and wonderfully updated interior. Modern & spacious inside with a lovely courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. Great communication from Vinita & easy check in—we will be back:)

Perfect location!

This is perfect for one person or a couple. Location is awesome to walk to the beach, bay, coffee, restaurants, amusement park, etc. Loved everything about it and will try to rent it out every time I come to visit my son.

Good access to beach and cafes

Unfortunately an attack of pancreatitis reduced our stay by a couple of days and ruined part of our stay. Place was clean and had nice amenities.

Clean and conveniently located!

We really enjoyed the location, had no noise issues with neighbors, and loved that the beach was a block away. For half of our meals we just walked a few blocks away and were never disappointed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location - Great Value

Hard to beat this location only one block from the beach. Check in instructions were clear and I had no problem getting in after arriving late night. Place was well equipped and perfect for a few days in San Diego

Loves the location close to the beach and bay. A completely walkable area. Restaurants and entertainment were easily accessible. On a rainy day, the condo was cozy and warm. Loved the had a hot water kettle for tea and cocoa.

Great location, steps away from the beach and bay

The property was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us. The only downfall was no parking which I didn’t notice when I had booked. We made it work with a nearby lot and the owners gave plenty of options.

Great Beach Vacation

Property was in a Great location. It was clean, comfortable and just like it was promised. We had an issue with the washer/dryer, but Austin came over within 15 minutes and had it all working. He even gave me a 6 pack of beer for my trouble. I would definitely rent the place again!!

Location and comfort

We found the unit and access was easy. Found it very clean and comfortable. We were warned about parking, but had no issue with finding a spot on the street. Highly recommmed it!

Super close to ocean & bay

Cute place in a great location. You do hear the traffic from the street but quiets down at night. A nice plus was from the patio you get a great view of the fireworks from SeaWorld. I would definitely recommend parking in the overnight lot next to Bahia Hotel. Street parking over there is a nightmare

Amazing Condo

The location was exactly what we were looking for. One block from the ocean and one block from the bay, with everything in walking distance. I was a little worried about the parking, but it worked out great. Ventura Cove is a 5 minute walk from the property and we had no issues leaving our car overnight. What a great property!

Very nice place and is close to everything Mission Beach has to offer. They only thing that could use a little improvement would be the shower head. The water pressure was too low or possibly switch to a hand held shower head?

Excellent location and great management

A stones throw away from Belmont park and plenty of restaurants. Property was very nice and well kept. Communication with the owners/management was quick and easy. Parking is tricky and I would highly recommend skipping trying to do anything fancy and just parking at the Ventura Cove Beach parking lot right across from Bahia Resort. All beaches have free overnight parking.
