The property is exactly as described. Great location, very comfortable beds. It’s a nice property and appreciated the easy communication. The only issue was the bathroom sink was horribly clogged and I had to clean out the gunk and hair to get it to drain upon arrival. Kitchen sink is also slow draining. Overall it’s a nice property but would definitely be ensuring the drain cleaning has been completed before booking again.

We really like the place. The two most important things we require, cleanliness and security, were thereIt's very well located and equipped. It came with everything, and more, one would expect from a VRBO rental; perhaps best ever for us. The property manager was very responsive to our needs and requestsIt has some minor maintenance issues which needs address, which we passed on to the managerBut VRBO only works if we're all frank and honest, and we don't do "we loved everything" reviews. Here are the two main drawbacks to this property:1. Although this is a "pet free" property, the neighborhood is not. The area is densely populated and the units on either side allow dogs. We had loud sustained dog barking every morning starting before 7.00am and lasting for an hour or more. Then off and on throughout the day. This is not the fault of this unit but is a reality of the court it is on2. Flies. This unit has a house fly problem. As best we could tell, it's caused by the too-close trash bins of the unit next door, and the fallen leaves of the tree out front which attract flies. This made the front porch table almost unusable and also caused some flies to get inside the unitThe neighbor's trash bin problem probably can't be fixed, but cleanup around the tree out front can be. Those are the main reasons for us lopping off a star in the reviewTo end on a positive note, overall we had a great time, and we would recommend the place
