Just 2 blocks from the beach and bay, 3 blocks to the heart of PB with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore, and a short drive to Seaworld, Balboa Park, and Zoo. Primary guest must be 25. Internet speed is 400 Mbps. Our Luxury Beach Townhouse is equipped with CENTRAL A/C, baby gear, and beach gear for a family vacation you’ll never forget!

The Space:
Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms allow for privacy and can accommodate 6 adults, while the living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a full size crib. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably!

We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with a crib, a pack n' play, a high-chair, stroller, and kids plates and utensils. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway!

Our garage with code-pad entry (measuring 37' by 8') fits one large vehicle such as Honda Odyssey minivan or two small sedans. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach.

We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so help yourself. We also provide the detergent.

The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.

Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.

There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. You won’t be disappointed when you stay at our beach home... just read our reviews!!! Beach Vacation

Stayed here with a group of friends for a beach getaway! The house is cute, spacious and clean. You can’t beat the location either. We were able to walk to the beach, several restaurants and the grocery store. The host was incredible. She was so helpful, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

Had a Great Time

My wife and I took my daughter, her wife, and my two-year-old granddaughter to San Diego for spring break. We had a great time. San Diego is a wonderful place for visiting with kids--the zoo, the children's museum, the beaches, kid-friendly fun restaurants (with good food too). The condo where we stayed couldn't have been better. The beach and bay are both about three blocks away, and shops and restaurants are also in easy walking distance on Grand Ave., Garnet Ave., and Mission Blvd. The condo itself is beautiful, with three big bedrooms, two baths, a good-sized living/dining/kitchen area, and a deck (only downside is the deck looks out on the alley below). The beds, linens, appliances, and accessories are all good quality. We especially appreciated all the helpful (and useful) touches: A stroller, crib, baskets of toys perfect for a toddler (even a play kitchen), a kitchen stocked with lots of things for cooking (even a large collection of spices). Stephanie and Melanie are wonderful hosts, and they've done a terrific job of setting up the condo and providing extras to make travel easier and fun.

Awesome location

Very nice place to stay! Easy walk to restaurants, bars, the beach, and the boardwalk. Surf lessons just an easy walk away. We have a 2 and 5 year old. This VRBO was well equipped to accommodate traveling with small children.

Pacific Beach

The set up is perfect for a Family but we were 6 adults. It still worked well if you don't mind the 2 twin beds in bedroom 3. Pretty much everything is provided for a wonderful vacation. Only 3 blocks to the beach. More than enough entertainment within walking distance. One benefit that may be overlooked is the Ralph's that is within walking distance so you can do your shopping after arrival. Would definitely stay again!!

Bathroom Out of order

Unfortunately one of the bathrooms was out of order when we arrived which was an issue since 5 females had to share one bathroom. However they were able to fix it in a timely matter so it was an inconvenience for the first several hours. Other than that the accommodations and location were great It was clean which is most important to me.

Family Friendly To The Fullest!

Stephanie and Robert's home unit 4 was very luxurious and spacious but inviting to our family! Stephanie's pre arrival email was awesome with very good information about nearby stores and things to do. House rules were very easy to understand and not ridiculous. Very private stay no issue with being checked in on by owner like what I was worried about. Entrance was a breeze with codes. Stairs up was a little tough with all our luggage but not a problem. Lots of natural light but easily shaded with blinds. Only issue was there was broken blinds on the floor near window in living room and master bedroom. Floors were beautiful but worried about scratching. (That's how nice) The lighting was nice with dimmers in the home. Kids books, movies and toys throughout the home was a nice touch as I have little ones. Rooms were comfy with nice beds and big but 1 TV in master only. Master room had a restroom and shower that was great. But couldn't run both showers because one would go cold but not a problem. Kids room had puzzles and board games for the kids though to keep them somewhat busy. I have teens so a TV would have been a bit better for adult only time at night. Multiple play pens available was nice because I didn't want my son in the crib in the kids room away from us. Cooling and heating was good but ceiling fans were not that great besides the dining room fan. The masters ceiling fan made a lot of noise. Kitchen was huge with a table for 8 with 2 high chairs, which was awesome. Balcony with a couple chairs by dining room was great. Love that there was lots of kitchen accessories like plates and fully stocked supplies to clean if needed and bonus memory guest book. Little trouble with operating TVs and remotes but worked out. Garage was a little small for my SUV (YukonXL) but folded mirrors in and we were good. Also was not able to fit another car just my truck but easy parking out front. Good amenities and extras with strollers and washer and dryer. Neighborhood was very nice and friendly. This home had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home to a large family that is looking to visit San Diego and not have to worry about cramming into a hotel room. This home is a place I would love to stay at everytime we are in San Diego! Thank you guys!

Fabulous Family Fun

We traveled and met our son and his family. We had a 1 year old and the place had everything we needed for him to eat and sleep safely. We visited the zoo, sea world and went to a padres game and everything was only about 20 minutes away. The beach was awesome and there weee tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would do it again and our only complaint was that we should have booked 2 weeks.

Great Location!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The unit sits above the garages so noise was minimal. Our Host Stephanie reached out several times to check-in even though we did not have any issues. It was convenient to have access to a garage that connects directly to the unit. Our girls enjoyed all the toys, books and rooms they stayed in (black out curtains were much appreciated. This property is also a short walk to PB. Lots of amenities within walking distance or short drive. We hope to be back soon.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying in Pacific Beach in this beautiful home. The condo was spacious for our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler. We would definitely return for our next trip to San Diego!

Like staying at a nice hotel

Wow! We arrived early from the airport and were able to store our luggage in the place while maid service was there. We returned 90 minutes later and was able to check-in 3 hours early! The place was very clean. Kitchen was very nice! Appliances were clean and fairly new. Keurig was available to use. They provided lots of bath towels and other amentities. Beds were very comfortable! Having the garage was awesome! Washer and dryer in garage area was great too! Lots of beach supplies available (although we didn't use them). Location was so close to beach. Ralph's grocery store 2 blocks away as well. Nothing negative to say about the place! Hoping to return again later this year!

Great for family

The location is fantastic, walking distance to multiple coffee shops, restaurants and stores. We had 4 people there for most of the time and the unit is spacious and very comfortable. I brought a bike to get in a couple of rides and loved having the security of the garage to store my bike. We enjoyed several beach and bay walks, just a few minutes walk to be on the beach at the ocean or on the path around Mission Bay. We liked it so much we plan to return next winter!

Thanksgiving Stay

We were so impressed with the property. It was everything that the photos showed. The short walk to the beach was awesome and we enjoyed daily morning walks along the boardwalk. Restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance. I cannot stress how conveniently located this property is. We will be back!! :)

Amazing family getaway

Everything is as described. Host is amazing and is very accommodating. The kids really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and all the toys included. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was beautifully decorated. Beds were soooo comfortable. Beach was close along with Ralph's grocery store. Great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay with this host again!

Loved staying at this place. It fit our family of 5 nicely. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach where we spent all day everyday! Loved that they had beach chairs and a wagon. Hope to stay at this location again very soon!

Great Place for Family Vacation

Great location, well stocked property that is well maintained. Great communication from the hosts and made the stay in San Diego that much more enjoyable. Great property for kids, with two twin beds and cribs, and my kids enjoyed the age appropriate book collection. Had all the essentials for the beach - wagon, sand toys, chairs, etc. Would recommend to others.

The property had a garage, which was very convenient with a toddler. The house had 2 twin beds and a crib, high chair, and cute little play kitchen and books which captivated the toddler for hours. There was a generous supply of wagons, strollers, and beach toys. Enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay with family!

We had a fantastic time! Loved the proximity to the ocean and great restaurants. We traveled with my parents and our two young kids and appreciated all of the amenities. They have a crib, high chair, stroller, wagon, baby gate and surprise kids kitchen in the kids room. All of these features were so appreciated! Hosts were responsive and helpful. Easter visit

Home just as described!! Super clean! We were traveling with our 8 month old grandson and really appreciated the cleanliness which was a huge deal for us. The home home is well stocked with everything you may need. If we come back to this area will definitely check to see if this property is available again

Great spot for a family trip

Wonderful place for a family stay in San Diego/Mission Bay. Property was exactly as described. The crib, gate at top of steps, and wagon were clutch with a 2 year old. Walk to beach was just a few blocks. Plenty of restaurants and shops close. Grocery was walking distance as well. Parking at house is off a back alley and the garage is tight. Our rental (Mazda SUV) barely squeezed in. A bigger SUV would not fit so chose your rental wisely. Overall a great spot. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Great place for a family with young kids

This was a great place for a family with young kids. The full size crib was amazing. Everything you need for kids (toys, stroller, wagon, beach toys) was provided. Great proximity to the beach. Pacific beach had a bit of a party scene on weekend nights but the rest of the time was a great place to play in the sand and walk on the beach. We adventured to the zoo, wild animal park, and Legoland. The plunge was a great recommendation for swimming! Stephanie provided all info needed for a great stay! We will definitely come back on our next trip to San Diego!
