Our host was extremely communicative! Prior, during and up to check out. Prompt at replying and very detailed information for checkin and things to know about the house. The house is huge and my family really enjoyed the pool, hot tubs and open space to hangout.

Amazing Stay

The place was amazing—spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our large group. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, from beautiful views to ample outdoor seating that made our evening meals especially enjoyable. All in all, it was a truly memorable vacation.

We had a wonderful bachelorette party weekend here for my sister. The house was clean, well-located, and had everything we needed on top of being absolutely gorgeous! Our host was responsive and communicative which made planning the weekend a breeze. I would definitely book this home again and would recommend booking a stay here!

Our stay was great! The upstairs main room was the best part. The family enjoyed the board games, watching tv and cooking together. The home was beautiful! We will surely visit again!

Very good experience. Close to all activities that we wanted to experience. Great views from the house. Watched the fireworks every night. Great pool. Stairs were a little hard to navigate for older guests, but we managed.

Perfect property for large group stay!

My friends and I stayed at the property for 3 nights for my Bachelor Trip, and it was a perfect time! We spent most of the days doing activities away from the house, which the property is really nicely located for (15 mins away from airport, Zoo, Pacific Beach, and everywhere else we went). The configuration of the house is awesome too, with the top floor being set up for socializing and preparing meals and everyone else having ample space for sleeping arrangements in the first two floors. Katrina was very responsive and great to communicate with too!

We used the property to gather the children and grandchildren for my parents' 50th anniversary. It was as lovely as the pictures suggested, and all the amenities were excellent. There were a few minor issues resulting from the rapid turnover of guests, such as dead light bulbs and the kitchen knives having been damaged beyond use by a previous guest, but the owner was spectacularly communicative and helpful through these minor issues. As a bonus, we were within walking distance of good restaurants. I would absolutely stay again if in town with enough folks.

Great weekend

We booked this VRBO for a large group of 30 year olds for a 4 day 3 night stay. The owners were very responsive if we had any questions. The location made it very easy to get to local attractions and the airport.
