Our pool is perfect for kids to splash around and swim while parents unwind on the outdoor patio. And for adults looking to have their own fun, it can fit 6-7 adults comfortably, perfect for poolside drinks and refreshing dips or relaxing after a day of adventures. Our cowboy pool is 22 inches deep and 10 ft. in diameter - it has a cover. During the summer months, our pool is set to the mid-80s. This is to ensure the water remains refreshing during the warm weather and to maintain the safety of all guests and children.
Please Note: While we do offer a heated pool, there may be times when it does not reach its full heating potential due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. - Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.
- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
*Please note, the home is located directly under the San Diego flight path. You will hear the planes flying overhead. We lived in this home for 5 years and it has never bothered us and our small children. We provide disposable ear plugs and white noise machines in every room for our guests for added comfort.
Our home sleeps 10-11 adults comfortably and two-three additional children. We have a crib and two pack n plays located in the primary bedroom closet.

We have an exterior 120kv outlet directly adjacent to the driveway that can be used for complimentary charging of electric vehicles. Guests are able to bring their own charger to charge their vehicle.
We’re happy to provide champagne, wine, and/or chocolates upon request for an additional fee. Please feel free to inquire if you’d like to add any of these to your stay. 🍾

This place was perfect for our family getaway! The pool was a huge hit with our littles and the well stocked kitchen and playroom made for a smooth stay. Also, the close walk to Starbucks was amazing! Only thing that would have been nice would have been a lock on the master bedroom door. Otherwise, great location, & beautiful home!
We spent four nights at this great property. Great space for six adults and four children under six to enjoy. Extremely comfortable indoor and outdoor space. Well stocked for the kids. A cook’s kitchen. Close to the airport. A very walkable neighborhood. Will definitely be back.
Beautiful home, incredibly accommodating for families with lots of great amenities and small touches. The host was incredibly communicative and we had a wonderful stay there with our toddler, they made it easy so that we didn’t have to bring a portable crib or highchair and had a wonderful toy room with activities for the kids as well. Highly recommend, clean, lovely neighborhood and wonderful stay
I rented this house for my bachelorette party and it very comfortably housed 9 girls. The house was perfectly clean upon our arrival and was so cute! The backyard provides additional living space so there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house is also in a very cute neighborhood and was walking distance to some restaurants and coffee shops. As great as the house was, the thing that really stood out was the host! We had all sorts of requests during our stay and she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I really felt that her service went above and beyond and I would absolutely book this house again in the future.
Mid week stay for wedding at Japanese Friendship Garden
This property was awesome! Perfect for our family and a great location for us to easily attend a wedding at the Japanese Friendship Garden. The house is beautiful, clean, well maintained, very nicely updated. Our kiddos loved playing in the pool! The living space was large and wonderful for accommodating our group. We all enjoyed the outdoor space as well! Would definitely stay here again!!
This home was perfect for our week-long family vacation. Great location with some nice restaurants, shops, gym etc in walking distance. the house was stocked with plenty of amenities including a playroom filled with plenty of great toys, books, high chair, stroller, etc for our little kids to use. They also had beach chairs umbrellas and wagon for the beach. A plus (and minus) is its proximity to the airport- only about 10 minutes away but right under the flight path so during the day planes fly over about every 10 minutes and its pretty loud. Our host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had during the stay. All in all it was a great trip and we would definitely come back again!
Great house and location, but best for a smaller group.
Overall my stay was great, and the house itself is beautiful, however I primarily booked the house because it listed it was able to accommodate 12 guests, and unfortunately this wasn't exactly accurate. We had 12 adults, and luckily we brought an air mattress, otherwise we would have been a bit screwed. One person had to sleep on the couch. The only way to fit 12 would have been if we put 3 people in each king bed, and 2 on the futon/sofa bed, but this isn't ideal especially for 12 adults.
We also got unlucky that the group before us broke the large glass door, so we were unable to use that feature to open up the house (not the homeowners fault of course, but was still a bummer).
Also, for EV charging, make sure you bring a 120 volt adapter as all there is is an outdoor outlet to plug into.
Host was very communicative and helpful throughout.
