Spacious Beach Studio

This roomy Studio has everything you need to enjoy your vacation near the beach. Beautiful custom furnishings with hardwood floors, luxurious bathroom, full kitchen, and dining area. Everything provided including 4 beach cruiser bikes, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is no extra pet fee. Great neighborhood in North PB on Tourmaline just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Restaurants, bars, shops, all with walking distance. We even have the fixings for two margaritas, chips and salsa in your room ready for arrival.

This is the second time we have stayed in this beach studio. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or to shops and restaurants. The studio had everything we needed and the chips, salsa, and margaritas that welcomed us were an added special touch.

What a perfect spot! Alisa has a charming location and all the amenities. The studio is spacious and clean and the check-in is really simple. She’s very helpful and understanding. This place is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and stores or a perfect bike ride to everywhere. I will definitely book again and recommend this place to friends.

Affordable stay close to La Jolla

Went to a wedding in La Jolla and this was close and in a nice mostly quiet neighborhood. Private parking was a plus as street parking was limited. Complementary Margaritas were a nice welcoming gesture.

A personal welcome to a beautiful studio in nice little nook of Pacific Beach. Walking distance to beach and authentic restaurants. Family also loved proximity to the bakery down the street called the French Gourmet. Highly recommend !

Quirky unique studio near beach

The host was incredibly accommodating with check out time and holding our bags. Very responsive. The place itself was super unique and quirky. What a fun stay! About an 8 min easy walk to the beach, less to cute coffee shops, this was a gem.

Just right for what we wanted

In a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to Tourmaline Beach to watch the surfers. An eclectic and comfortable studio garage conversion that felt cozy and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Tequila, salsa and chips greeted us at arrival, and we had great communications with the hosts before and during our stay. We stayed 2 days after a great blue fin tuna fishing trip…..it was a perfect place to unwind and regroup before flying home.

Great Studio

We love this area and this studio was perfect in every way!! We could walk to the beach or out to dinner. We had our own parking space. Even though this is a studio it felt roomy. The bed was super comfortable and we loved all the special touches especially the awesome shower. Chips, salsa, and fixings for margaritas were on the table when we got there.

Cozy and Eclectic

We enjoyed our stay and Alisa was always very attentive! While we were not able to use the bikes and other equipment she had available she made sure they were in working order and easily accessible to us. We loved the area and how easy we were able to walk around and find great areas to eat and the easy access to the beach. Just in case you don’t stick around for the entire review: the shower alone is worth the price of admission! What a creative setup, definitely the coolest shower I’ve seen in any rental!Now, for the other stuff:I typically try to find something to critique. With this property I’ve got nothing. We loved it. It was perfect for my fiancée and I as we spent the week celebrating.The directions to the property were crystal clear. Having parking right in front of our door was clutch. Checking in to a welcome gift is a very nice touch. And the internet speed is close to 400mbps which allowed for smooth connection on all of our devices (yes, I test internet speeds wherever I stay). Don’t let the photo of the portable AC unit scare you off. That unit packs a punch! It definitely cools down the entire room. The hosts keep to themselves, but are instantly available should you need them. If the interior amenities aren’t enough to convince you, then the location should seal the deal. Everything is within walking distance. Literally, everything! Grocery? Food? Beach? Yes, all with in walking distance.My fiancée was sad that we had to leave.
