Great little vacation spot

We spent nearly a week within walking distance of the beach and Belmont Park. There were plenty of towels and some beach gear for our use. The outdoor patio was the perfect place to enjoy a meal.

Fall Break

The property was as described with plenty of room. It had all the necessary amenities. It was nice to have beach towels and boogie boards to use. The only thing the unit could add is bikes for the guests.

Thanksgiving 2024

Everything was as advertised. 120 yards from the beach with a view of the surf. We could look at Belmont Park. Easy to get to tourist attractions like Sea World and the Zoo. Pretty quick to downtown or the La Jolla Beach’s. If you are looking this far into the property, just do it.

Great weekend getaway

this rental was great for our group, incredible location & proximity to everything we were looking for. Tidy place; everything felt relatively new and renovated. 710 made for a super easy host to deal with sending text notifications and helping the contactless check-in experience work wonderfully. Look forward to our next trip hopefully more in the heat of beach season to really take full advantage of a cool beach/park property like this one

Nice stay with good location

We have one family with a baby and a toddler along with 2 other friends. The place is awesome, very clean, quiet, well equipped. The living room is spacious with a good beach view. The place is also very convenient, within walking distance you can get to bars, convenient store, bike rental, restaurants, etc. Last but not the least, we love the shower with strong pressure!! We recommend this place to family or friends getaway!

Wonderful!!

We come to Mission Beach every year and this is hands down the best place we have rented. Updated everything and cute décor. Very clean. Layout was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with all the essentials. We will be back next year!

Amazing condo

This condo is amazing! Very clean and has EVERYTHING you need. Parking is very convenient and you are in walking distance to restaurants, shops, Belmont park and of course the beach. We had two families of four and had plenty of room. The adults both had their own rooms and all the kids stayed in the third bedroom that slept four. The kids loved it. It was like having a slumber party every night. I can't wait to go back again. This condo is the perfect place for us. The price is right and so very very clean and convenient.

Great house on MIssion Beach

Stayed at this 2 story home for the weekend. We were 5 adults and 3 kids and fit perfectly. Very clean. Just steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. The house was so well equipped. The kitchen was more stocked than any other home I've rented. Only complaint is that the smoke alarm would go on when we cooked. It was very sensitive, but that was no big deal. Nice patio overlooking beach and park. Great grill on there too. Highly recommend this home!

Okay Stay

This condo is in a busy area with plenty to do. Parking is a bit of a hassle. The garage is too small for large vehicles and you have to compete with people living in their cars for parking anywhere else. The condo is clean and the management is good at communicating with you. The house is in need of some maintenance such as the front door that is loose, cracked windows in shower and just needs so touch up painting.

Perfect Condo

My family and I stayed at this condo in Feb. We loved it. It is located perfectly between the ocean and the bay and Belmont Park. The upper deck has beautiful views of the ocean that cant be beat. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the afternoons and enjoying the view. Being steps away from everything, also made it a little quieter than on the board walk. Belmont Park has shops, restaurants, food shops and rides for all ages. To the south was a pizza shop, a taco shop and a sandwich shop. There were a couple stores that have just about everything. The condo is decorated nicely and is stocked with everything you need. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths which was perfect for my family. The property managers provided great service and condo was very clean. There is also additional parking in front of the unit as well as overnight parking across the street. This condo was perfect for us and we will definitely rent it again.

Perfect location

First trip to San Diego. Entire family of three couples and one new 2 month old stayed here for a wedding. Location was perfect for us. Loved just sitting on the front deck with excellent views of the beach, sunsets and the activities of Belmont park. We could walk to great restaurants (Drafts and Cannonballs) and there was even a small market close by for critical items like vodka, wine, fruit or baby wipes. We used Vons for delivery of full grocery lists. The unit itself was also perfect. Clean and well equipped (paper goods, washer/dryer, beach chairs even beach towels). Everything was like walking into a new home. Just be sure to turn the fans provided in each bedroom on for white noise because Mission Beach must have a million garbage trucks. Finally must comment on 710 Beach Rentals. Everyone we dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. I wish all our internet/rental/vacation experiences could be this wonderful. Definitely would recommend 710BR and 743 San Fernando Place. We're ready to go back already!

Stay was great and good location. Huge recommendation to reorganize kitchen. It was a mess to cook and find things. Tons of duplications of items and most old. Not organized. Suggestion is to get rid of half the items, make sure in good condition and organize it. Example there are 2 knife blocks on counter and then tons of knives in the drawer. I have a rental myself and know the importance of feedback. We had a great time

Nice location and views.

The place is a little older, and there were several "age"issues; however, for the most part, it is a wonderful place to stay. I have used VRBO many times, and we also have vacation rentals through VRBO; rarely do we have to call the management company; they were a little distant, and communication was not always clear, but the individuals who came by to address the property issues were excellent, and very personable.

Great place to stay!

My family loved staying at this home. Walking distance to just about everything. The condo was clean and ready to go. The bbq is in need of a replacement as there are large rusty holes where the flame comes out. We still made it work for dinner. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect family time!

The location is perfect right by the beach and walkable to Belmont park and restaurants. The home was perfect in terms of amenities, cleanliness and location. Only drawback is a small garage, you cannot fit a large suv. A definite recommend.

Beautiful location but too much noise for us!

PROS:1. Beautiful location/view stunning sunsets w/o anyone in front of you! 2. Lovely layout w/ comfy beds and NICE recliners 3. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, kids toys and umbrella 4. Close to so many things walking distance. This deck offers you quite a bit of privacy from neighbors! CONS: We live on acreage in Northern CA so very quiet. The NOISE was the toughest part. The condo is in flight path, so airplanes started around 615am , scattered throughout day and they continued until 1115pm some nights. Top floor where master/living room is hears it the most. Then 2x we had LOUD dumpstes and street sweepers at 7am...It got to be comical because people WERE NOT the problem...If you don't mind early morning and late night wakeups you are fine! This truly was the only drawback for us.:)

Nice location but nothing worked

The location was nice and clean. However, nothing worked. The Internet didn’t work. The dish washer was broken. Multiple outlets didn’t work and there were electrical issues. We tried to get someone to help us but the communication took a very long time and ultimately they were not able to fix anything.

Girlfriends Relaxation Getaway

The property was closer to the beach than we thought! Great location and lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The interior of the property was very nice, clean and spacious. Couple of things I’d suggest: Power wash or sweep stairs and porches often and make sure ALL outdoor lights are working. It was a bit scary walking up and down the stairs at night. We had to use our cellphone flashlight. Other than that, rental was nice and would stay again.

Awesome Mission Beach Property

This property was perfect for our family's Mission Beach vacation. It is about 1/2 block from the Mission Beach sand and a very short walk from Belmont Park. The property appears to have been recently remodeled, is comfortable and spacious, and has a great deck with a beautiful view of Mission Beach. We could not have been more pleased!

Family summer vacation

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week and we enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Mission Beach and Belmont Park. The house was very clean and well stocked. If you’re looking for a quiet get-away, this is not it. Being right across from the park and parking lot, there is activity all day and you can hear the planes and public all day. The neighborhood can be sketchy as we had people going through the alley garbage cans daily. The main downside happened to be the incredibly slow WiFi. Overall we had a great time and appreciated the quick responses from the rental company when needed.
